Anong ginawa ni baby ngayon na natuwa kayo? PART III

we read Cosmo magazine together. She's listening intently when I point pictures of make ups. I'll point to a lipstick and tell her its color red, and then point to her lips, and tell her 'this goes here'. she laughs and squeals with delight when I pretend to put the product on her face.

also, I left my 3 inch black pumps on the floor before going to the office. When I came back to put it on, 1 shoe's missing. then i saw my baby daughter walking around with the other shoe. Seems like she enjoys wearing mommy's shoes -- and playing with my make up brushes too.

My MIL and Son's Conversation:

MIL: Bakit di ka ba naglilisten kay mommy (how we call her), alam mo nung bata pa ang papa mo, he always listen to me and he was so behave and always obeying mommy.

My son: Kasi mommy, anak ako ng mama ko, and iba ang powers ko.

In short, parang sinabi ng anak ko na sa akin siya nagmana ng kakulitan at katigasan ng ulo

bilingual ang 3-year old ko kasi wala kami sa pilipinas.  sinasabi nya "i'll eat that cookie later" pero for some reason, di ko maintindihan.  pinaulit ko sa kanya 3x, di ko pa-rin ma-gets.  biglang sinabi nya "mamaya ko na kakainin yung cookie".  aba, iniisip siguro nya di ako marunong mag-english, haha

laugh and laugh and laugh.... it just made my day!   he's 9 months and can't talk yet but he's just the happiest baby ever!

Tonight lang, nag-ring ang phone at inunahan ang Dad niya to answer the phone.
My son greeted the person calling with: "Ola, Buenas noches!" (He's trying to learn different languages right now kasi).
Tawa ng tawa ang Dada niya at buti daw hindi siya binabaan ng phone nung tumawag.

we visited my parents in law last night with my 14 month old baby...si baby nagpakitang gilas sa lolo and lola nya...he was able to point correctly to his body parts like head, eyes, nose, tongue, ears,  tummy, hands and feet...also, he was able to name most of the objects/animals in his brainy baby set of board books...lolo and lola were so amazed

My 13mos  old boy loves playing hide and seek with me. Yesterday, when he woke up from his nap, he started walking around looking for me. He didn't notice that I was in the kitchen and he went straight to Christmas tree (that's where I hid last week when we were playing)...he looked behind the tree and shouted "ba!" So surprised he has such good recall.

At the new year's eve countdown at Eastwood, he was so afraid of the fireworks. He started *talking* to the lady standing behind us, calling her attention to look at the fireworks.

My 4yo daughter LOVES singing and dancing. She loves watching live concerts. Yesterday at our clan's annual reunion, there was a band playing. From time to time, the lead singer would call people to jam with the band. Obviously my daughter wanted her turn too. My daughter and my niece sang Price Tag and Fireworks. My daughter was on performance level! Everyone was cheering on them. Then we had to leave already cause its quite late na but she refuses. She wants to sing again. I told her to my uncle (he threw the party) if she can get another turn. Lakas ng tawa ng uncle ko. Niloloko ako siya na Lang daw ang manager. Lol.

my 2yo dau knows abc, 1-20, shapes and colors... pagkagising namin kanina pinapakuha na niya yung books niya para basahan ko siya. im so proud of her

sinalubong ako kanina ng may masarap na ngiti. haaaayz! priceless talaga!

out of nowhere my 13month son suddenly developed this new fondness for his ate's old dora doll. this is a huge doll ha, almost as tall as he is. yesterday late afternoon lang nag start eh matagal na naman niyang nakikita yung doll. ayaw bitawan. imagine pinapa-hele mo sa gabi parang 2 babies hawak mo. and dont me start on the struggles we had last night breastfeeding him. when he was finally asleep i tried prying off the doll from him (paano it's so dusty and im afraid it will trigger his allergy). naku, nagigising! we tried removing it 3x and all those tries he woke up. after that i didnt try to remove it from him. eventually he stopped hugging it in the middle of the night. But this am when he woke up he started crying. hinanap ulit si dora! his yaya was telling him anong gayuma ba ang ginawa ni dora sa kanya at ayaw niyang bitawan.
