I'm an Alabang bride, so for me it's St. James or nothing -- siya lang yung alam ko na may aircon.
But for those considering St. James the Great Parish, 25k for parishoners and 28k for non-parishoners. No weddings on Sundays. Medyo expensive siya, but priority ko naman siya eh. I will make bawi nalang sa minor suppliers.

^ naku sis not sure.. pinasara kasi yung ng city engr. dahil sa madalas na short circuit. siguro pag naayos na nila yun.. that was in Feb 2011 pa.. you can check with them.. sayang kasi maganda yung hall nila, parang hotel ang dating, may mga chandeliers na malalaki.. nasa site yun nila Madels eh.. sayang talaga to! mas mahal pa yung total ng church + venue ko sa malate (25k) dahil hindi ko to nakuha.. waaa!!! nanghihinayang talaga ako pag naalala ko.. kasi the venue I got in malate, was small and has low ceiling dahil yun lang ang kaya ng budget sa manila area.. this was perfect sana.. grabe! 2 weeks after ng reservation namin saka sinara to..

angsabe yun hall gagawin ossuary. not sure. pero nun naginquire kame last May sarado pa rin yun hall.

mas gusto ko sana yung mga vintage na dating ng church kaya lang di ko talaga gusto ang antipolo church dahil sa mga vendors, namimilit sila na bumili ka ng mga tinda nila

jamesville or alta roca...di ko pa alam kung masarap ang food nila pero maganda yung lugar

hi mga sisses, so far i am done with backreading, here is the list na parang gusto kong i-ocular:
1. Mt Carmel
2. Christ the King
3. San Agustin
4. Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe
5. Malate Church
6. Mary the Queen
7. Holy Family

sa mga sisses na nakapag ocular na for these churches, do you have comments on each? we are looking for a church in between Makati and Novaliches para fair on both sides, hehe. TIA.

^sis ako I got married last july 7 sa Mary The Queen.. sa dami ng na occular kong church at nakailang palit ako ng church, dito ko nafeel yung this is it feeling kasi maski na makulimlim sa labas e maaliwalas pa din yung church at may live video sila.. sosyal pa ng sound system nila hehe.. though hindi aircon.. medyo strict lang sila sa time pero ayos lang naman...

Mt. Carmel.. This is really nice din kasi mahaba yung aisle.. hindi lang ako fan ng old church hehe..

^thanks sis.. yep puntahan mo personally yung mga church sa choices mo.. mas maganda kasi makita ng personal e.. tas kung san mo napicture sarili mo na maglalakad sa aisle dun ka na hehe.. kami din novaliches and mandaluyong naman kaya gitna din pinili namin hehe..

^hahahaha.. nice one sis.. i guess yung sa mga FG mo, pwede na rin siguro. ang alam ko kasing reason ng churches is it causes delay lalo na pag ayaw maglakad. eh may mga church na suki sa kasalan di ba kaya bawal mag overtime.. with regards to the vows, sa pagkakaalam ko, depende sa magkakasal sa inyo. you will need to coordinate with the priest. kung friend nyo yung priest, pwede naman yun... we will say our own vows din kasi.. kakausapin na lang namin yung magkakasal sa min.

^ naku hindi ko pa nga nami-meet yung priest for our wedding eh. sana yung mabait. buti ka pa sis pede magsariling vow. ang saya kasi sana nung may personal touch d ba? yung may message from the heart
