nicegirl - it depends kasi sa church din na gusto mo. hindi naman lahat ng church eh ganon ang presyo. kung gusto mo ng maliliit na chapel, pwede rin naman. sa mga blessed sacraments, pwede din naman.

it's not only the church na nagpapalaki ng gastos but the whole event itself, at yun eh depende naman talaga sa budget nyo. why get a big church worth 20k kung ang kaya lang naman eh 5k?

@princessrio & health.gal - i agree with you. actually, yun liliw church costs 3.5K only. i was so surprised nung sinabi sken yun na pinaulit ko pa. hahaha

with red carpet & choir na, but then again, hindi lang naman yun ang gagastusin to have a lovely wedding

Meron namang mga simbahan na mura. Kung hindi ako nagkakamali, yung Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine e 2K ata ang charge nila. But you have to ask kung ano ang inclusions. At isa pa, hindi naman ito church na super bonggang pang wedding. Pero national shrine ito.

sa manila cathedral pinakamababa na yung 10k sa wedding packages nila, its without aircon, mas kaunti ang entou etc. tumataas ang rent sa kanila kapag may gusto kang ipadagdag like flower arrangement, aircon etc. sakin naman walang problema yung presyo as long as alam kong magiging comfortable kami sa big day namin.

hi guys. Please suggest a modern or contemporary catholic church/chapel (i prefer chapel) around the metro. I was thinking of Church of the Gesù, ADMU but i heard they don't accept weddings.

I'm also considering St. Alphonsus Parish Church, but kinda malaki ata yung place.
Don Bosco is also in my list.

what's this I news I heard sa tv na one year isasara ang manila cathedral kasi may mga kailangang ayusin dahil baka bumigay pag lumindol?

heard about that too mare.. naisip ko nga yung mga ikakasal dun eh... baka mahirapan maglipat sa ibang church lalo na kung malapit na or hot date sila

paano na yung mga brides na nakaset dun magpakasal. pano na yung naka all set na mismo. di pa naman ganon kadali maghanap ng available slots ng date ng wedding lalo na pag in demand ang buwan ng kasal. sigh

Mga sis, anong feedback niyo sa Mary the Queen Parish sa Greenhills? I was thinking of booking Mt. Carmel kasi gusto ko same area lang ang church and reception venue kaso sobrang laki kasi ng church eh 120 guests lang kami. Haha.

^ sis ako mary the queen church ko.. sa july na wedding.. maganda siya, sa dinami dami ng church (at kakapalit ko haha) dito talaga yung nafeel ko na gusto ko talaga dun! hehe love your own.. maaliwalas kasi siya tas tahimik pa..

medyo mahigpit lang sila sa time.. 300 PER MINUTE ang charge pag nag overtime ka sa alloted na binigay sayo..

Napanood ko sa news this morning and the spokeperson said that Manila Cathedral will be unger going renovation for about a year starting March. Paano na kaya yung ibang naka-set ng weddings doon?

try to check St. Ignatius Cathedral, sa loob ng camp aguinaldo.. alam ko 10k lang sila kung may aircon, 7k pag wala...

Thanks sis! Sige, minsan mag-ocular kami dun. Di naman ako mapili sa church eh. Haha. Inisip ko kasi, sa Mary the Queen yung ceremony then North Greenhills ang reception so medyo magkalapit lang. Last resort na lang yung Mt. Carmel. haha.

my friend and her h2b, who were booked in Manila Cathedral, are now choosing between San Sebastian or Shrine of Jesus, and that is, with only 2 months to go before their wedding. ka-stress
