I tried Garcinia Cambogia, i lost my appetite talaga. The thing is, di ko napapansin na pumayat ako. Nothing changes. Like weight ko ganon pa rin, measurements ko ganon pa rin. Like tnest ko muna ngayon kung effective even without eating less (normal routine lang ng pagkain i dont eat sweets,carbs,soda or something na fatty) 2 full meals a day. No workouts. Wala, so therefore i conclude na mas magwowork siya if sasabayan ng healthy diet and exercise. More water. Kaya this month it's time na isabay siya sa workout and healthy diet ko. Let's see.

I am on my 2nd day sa bee sexy. Bought it sa Magic Potions 1.2k for 30 caps. I need appetite suppressant kasi talagang ang lakas ko kumain and hindi ako nakakaexercise kaya I gained so much weight and kailangan ko ng help to curb my taste buds. So kahapon was my 1st day and I can say I really lost my appetite I just pushed myself to eat kasi I did played sports yesterday so I need energy.

Tama nga na you need to take a lot of water. I always feel thirsty all day long. Naramdaman ko lang na gusto ko kumain nun before ako matulog pero I just drank water and slept na lang.

has anyone here tried Slimina? naconvince ako to buy kasi nakita ko yung mga reviews. some are losing 4 kg a week. i've been taking it for 2 weeks na but i only lost 2.4 kg.  :-/
hindi na ko halos kumakaen, less than half a cup nalang ang rice ko per meal.
so disappointed na ganito kabagal.

has anyone tried a different diet pill after slimina? sana may makapag recommend saken ng magandang ipalit.

I'm on my second box of bee sexy and around 8 caps left. I must say its effective although sa second box ko na napansin na nag effect. kaso napansin ko din na medyo na mess up ang period ko as in! di ko lang sure if side effect yun ng pills. any of you na naka experience din nito?

i'm not sure kung na gain back din nila kasi after nila ipost yung results, wala nang updates..

what i noticed lang, since nasanay na nga ako na very small meals lang, hindi na rin ako gano makakain ng marame ngayon kahit na gusto ko, kasi napupuno na agad yung chan ko, which is a good thing.. pero nag gain paren ako ng more than 2 kilos since i stopped. so i really need to get a new set of pills fast.

2nd week na ko since nagstop ng slimina, i ordered bee sexy naman, it'll arrive next week.. sana mas effective sya saken.. fingers crossed!

I do not exercise I am full time mom & employee & wife.(No nanny)  Even If I am able to find time to exercise I am already tired doing it.
