tried the express pearl slimming capsule i bought from a chinese drug store. i experienced being "lutang" and i felt pain on my flank. i was afraid my kidneys got damaged na so hindi ko na tinuloy. i only took it once per day and then twice na after a week kase parang wala naman nangyari sa gutom ko. now i'm into biking nalang and diet. eh summer na! tsk. hindi ko na siguro suotin muna mga bikinis na binili ko.

So, I've already tried a bunch of slimming pills and most of them worked on me but as usual my weight bounced back / that freaking rebound effect. Probably because I had no control of my diet and no regular exercise as well. I've tried slimina, perfect slimming capsule, hokkaido, pearl white, curvy, leisure slimming coffee and attempted HCG (but it was hard to work out meal plans everyday so I still have my HCG pellets just lying around the house - if anyone wants to buy it, let me know. LOL)

Anyway, as you might have guessed it. I want to try another slimming pill/cap/drink whatever. This time I want to make sure that I lose all of the weight that I want and achieve my ideal weight and pair it with regular exercise as well plus healthy diet after the cycle or something.

sad to say sis, parang wala ako nakikita na safe na pills for breastfeeding moms. tiis tiis muna since breastfeeding ka, saka pag breastfeeding alam ko di recommended mag-diet. anyway, para naman kay baby kaya carry lang. btw, just wanted to share, today is my first day of taking bee sexy and so far no palpitations, no light headedness, hindi rin naman ako uhaw pero promise di ako ginugutom. wala akong gana kumain which is good kasi ako before lagi ako nag-crave pagkagising ko pa lang ata sa umaga food na agad naiisip ko. hahah! sana tuluy-tuloy na to at wish ko na talagang magbawas ng timbang! hehe!

Yung younger sister ko at the age of 22 nag start nasha tumaba...as in tumaba talaga sha.
