You can invite your friends to set your goals para din mamonitor ninyo each other. either with or without money at stake though incase meron man, sa inyo din mapupunta. makikita nyo doon kung successful ka on that week or you fail to get your target weight loss. Like for example, I want to lose 13kgs of weight by January 2015 so magcacalculate siya kung ilang kgs ang need mo I-lose in a week and makikita rin doon kung successful ka so keep it up or failed so double time! hi sis raechubs, i'm still on my third day of taking it. wala po siya side effects sa akin. parang normal lang, I am beginning to doubt nga kung may nangyayari eh,  .... anyways, 3rd day pa nga lang po so maybe hindi ko pa talaga masasabi kung effective siya. Nung first day, medyo madami yung napoopoo ko, but I still am feeling it kung dahil ba siya sa tremella. Wala din stomachache unlike laxative teas that I tried. For my appetite, hindi din nagbago, ganun parin ang kain ko, magana lang, as usual. Pero this 2 days, hindi ako nakaramdam ng gutom or paghahanap ng pagkain, pero hindi din ako nawawalan ng gana kumain.

Will further update kapag natapos ko yung isang box (good for 12 days). Hindi pa nga din ako makapagweigh kasi wala kaming timbangan, so baka hindi ako makapagbigay ng before and after kilos ko. But I'll update for my review after using up my order!

Based on my experience, fat burner is really effective if you do exercise but if not, very minimal ang magiging effect.
