may nakita akong seller sa IG, slimpro888 and he's an RN daw. selling slim supreme caps, pfsc and esc. meron ding siyang combo. though hindi naman 1800 yung kanya. yung esc/pfsc + juice combo niya nasa 750 per set lang. will try either of the 3 after ko ma-try yung kaka-order ko pa lang na raspberry ketones from avery. read some good reviews about this kind of slimming ingredient. at least hindi siya purely chemically made.

i'm currently using this. i bought from avery. ok siya in curbing your appetite. mas humina ang kain ko compared sa dati. mas gusto ko to kasi hindi drastic na hindi ka makakakain tapos biglang drop ng timbang. dito, gradual. tapos you drink more water. lasang raspberry pa yung caps even if you burp a few minutes after taking it

^i like puritan's better. tapos since 100mg lang per cap, i take 2 caps each intake. one in the morning and one before ako pumasok sa gabi.

so now, i eat very minimal sa morning after i get off from work. like half rice ng jollibee or kfc, mas madalas walang rice. when i'm at work naman, i always have to eat at least 1 hard boiled egg. then sandwich or plain crackers.

i'm still undecided on which to choose from the following diet pills. Hope you can help me or give some important information to decide.

1. hcg diet - i've tried this once before and lost  pounds but was not able to continue it; just hate preparing the required food and counting calorie

2. hilife juice/premiere green tea and gluta fit - bfad based on the IG instagram; looks promising

3. garcinia cambodia by slim firm - curbs appetite daw; looks promising but have no complete details about this diet pill.

4. perfect figure slimming capsule - nakaka enganyo given the testimonies of many users in the IG; kaya lang feeling ko banned ito among other diet pills...
