^ may rebound talaga once you stop. From my experience may rebound but its not as bad a bangkok pills. Im currently taking pearl white coz I gained more when I stopped takig those diet pills. Duromine is very expensive. Maybe if I have the budget I would take it but only for a while. I do have insomnia and it might get worse if I take duromine.

i'm taking pretty model now, matatapos ko pa lang yung isang foil pack. so far, ok lang naman, kumakain pa rin naman ako if i get a little hungry. actually it's supposed to be taken naman 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. hindi naman talaga ako malaki, i just want to lose weight kahit hindi pa muna ako nag gi-gym kasi wala akong time. i don't eat much naman talaga so parang hindi naman siguro drastic ang change ng diet ko. small amounts lang naman kasi ako kumain before i gained weight due to pregnancy last year and taking althea. i think i can control naman my appetite even if i stop this.

Umorder ako ng duromine. It's my second day today. Kahit kakaligo ko lang, namamawis na ko, to think na malamig ang panahon. Sa food intake naman, hindi ko pa masabi pero nawala yung cravings ko kagabi. Sana umeffect saken to

i'm now taking japan hokkaido pills for the first time. this is only my 3rd day kaya wala pang noticeable effect, other than the fact that i go to the bathroom more frequently and i don't have much appetite, kahit pa lagi akong nanonood ng cooking shows

hi sis stradivarius, saan ka bumili ng hokkaido? user ako before ng hokkaido kaso feeling ko yung last na binili ko hindi effective, pumayat ako jan before kaso nagbakasyon ako abroad kaya nawala rin. so far sa hokkaido lang ako pumayat.

Hi mga sis! Tried bp for 2 wks last month then i stopped since my weight reached plateau. I lost 10 lbs. I just drink once in a while as needed. No rebound so far. But i still need to lose 20 lbs sana. Just trying to maintain current weight.

I took sureslim pill po kasi I was so desperate to loose weight. Since I was in college I always take slimming pills para pumayat ako. Papayat ako then maggagain ng weight and double pa sa na-loose ko. BUt now I am into healthy living side na. I exercise and just last week I bought elliptical machine and so far I feel light na.

Ang napansin ko naman na side effect nito sakin is very sensitive talaga ako, as in araw2 yata kami nagaaway ni bf sa konting bagay lang.. Hirap makatulog as in balisa, paikot2 sa kama, hindi mapakali. Tapos pagbabangon ako, ikot lang ako ng ikot sa room maghahanap ng gagawin tapos pag naramdaman ko na inaantok na ko, hihiga ulit pero hindi na ulit makatulog. Nakakatakot! Ang worst pa, pag hindi ako makatulog umiiyak ako.    Grabe! natakot ako sa effect talaga nito. Kaya tinigil ko na talaga siya. Para talagang baliw ako nung nagtake ako nito. Ayoko na maulit.

^ Thanks for the reply sis. Try ko pa naman din sana. Are you taking any diet pills now? I think the most effective I tried is ballerina, that was the first I took after trying so many.

I guess I'd plan on HCG diet instead.

Rght now no na sis. I realized I dont like to risk my life for the sake of getting slim. Aminado ako last week I am tempted to try the easy slim 10, i even asked here nga about feedbacks but then I realized my son is too young to lose a mom.

What i bought sis yesterday was Xbox kinect. Expensive but in the long run I know it will benefit me lalo na I get easily bored with gym routines. This one, I sweat like crazy and yet di ko napapansin yung oras and I am enjoying it. 2 days straight ko na sya nilalaro. Yesterday 2 hours and same rin today. Plus I changed my diet na. I eat less rice (morning na lang) then afternoon and dinner i make my own ceasar salad but I use vinigrette for dressing... Healthier choices. Two days na rin ako na ganun diet ko. so far okay naman.

Hi girls,

Anyone here have experience with Fat Burner Supplements? Are they're similar with slimming / diet  pills? I'm looking for something thermogenic and fat talaga yung target, as I'm going to the gym and trying to lose body fat percentage and lean up. I don't think I can afford a lot of trips to the CR. I don't wan't something na super appetite suppressant kasi baka magkamuscle loss.

Some friends have recommended Hydroxycut and Lipo 6 - pero wala pa ako msyado details eh. Hehe.

nakapagtake nako ng duromine for 1 month and I don't recommend it mga sis. Hindi maganda para saken yung mga naramdaman ko (palpitations, heart burn, migraine at tska yung feeling na parang lumalabo yung eyesight ko). Siguro effective siya sa una pampaloose ng weight, pero habang tumatagal, parang nanghihina ako. Inubos ko lang talaga yung capsule kasi nanghihinayang ako kasi nga mahal siya. Kahapon bumili ako ng redoxfat and I must say parang mas ok to na alternative. Nakaka 2 days pa lang ako pero nakita ko yung ihi at poop ko may kasamang oil. Bale twice a day ang pagtake ko. Ito na lang muna ang gagamitin ko. Safer than duromine.
