^thank you sis papiseed! i called them already, 1800/sess na daw eh. can u help me? im torn between skin house, skin station and latitudes. but so far skin house has more good feedbacks compared with skin station but im on a tight budget. thank you!

Sis! If you are choosing among the 3 mentioned salons above, go for Skin House. I've had 6 sessions with them. Booster shots na lang ako but I don't I will be going back anytime soon because I have 3-4 strands, not noticeable. Patagal ng patagal ang gap ng sessions. Mafefeel mo na hindi ka tinitipid. I was choosing between Skin House and SS before as well. And napansin ko yung mga kasabayan ko na nagstart which chose the latter, didn't get satisfied and later on made a switch, so nadoble pa ang gastos. Read more reviews pa sis

When are they opening their branch at pioneer?  Saan ba banda yun sis?  Sa may Kapitolyo ba banda yun?  Im not sure if I am closer to Pioneer or Mayon branch.

superpinya- thank you so much sis! i just started with them last saturday, so far may tumutubo ng hair, im just waiting for the hair na magshed, 2wks daw yung bago magshed eh. hehe. you're right, they were very accommodating. thank you!

papiseed- yeah! thats what i like about them, that we know theyre all professionals so guaranteed na di tayo maloloko or maniniwala sa false hopes like what other clinics are advertising. thank you so much for your help!

i went to skin house last monday and inquire about botox. the receptionist told me that the doctor wasnt there and need to go back again on wednesday and book an appointment. she asked my contact number but she never called. tuwing wed lang ba andun ang doctor ng skin house? so pwede ako pumunta agad dun or kelangan mag pa appointment pa?

I saw the derma on a saturday schedule, I'm sure you can request for that too   Are you interested na talaga with Botox?  I went to another derma for consultation before I finalised with skin house when I also had jaw reduction.  Much better to have 2nd opinion para sure ka na.

Hay grabe ginawang marks sakin ng skin house,before sakanila ako nagpapafacial even nung pregnant ako sakanila pa din,the last time na i went there for facial di available [textspeak!] naghahandlr sakin talaga, ewan ko if nanggigil sakin yung nurse... Aware naman sila na pregnant ako and yung inextract niya is comedones lang not full Blown pimple,yet nahirapan ata siya and umaaray na ako pero go pa din siua sa pag kalkal,ayun after a fee hours nung pag uwi ko nagtubig,tapos may yellowish na fluid na nagweep for a day then nagscab nang bongga,i bought manuka honey to atleast calm them down(i was pregnant that time,cant use derma stuff) now para akong may constellation hyperpigmentation na i cant get rid off kahot sa peels....i really like them p naman before,natakot na ako kasi baka maulit

I texted them that time ,nagsend din ako ng photos pero pinapapunta lang ako para macheck daw nila,di na ako pumunta kasi i thought what else can they do?

superpinya how soon did you get to that point na 3 to 4 strands of hair nalang?  I've been meaning to have laser in the bikini but i'm still on my first trimester.  It's so itchy!

You will just be asked to have the treatment after you deliver your baby   Next time nalang, pero maganda nga ang laser hair removal.  Mas makinis kasi after, and long term yung improvement.

nicolleta - yup sis nag checheck palang naman ako kung saan magaling. since malapit sakin ang skin house nag inquire na rin ako. pm mo naman sakin sis if okay lang kung san ka nagpabotox i saw sa ibang thread na u had ur botox done sa skin house ata?

I inquired with another derma at st luke's then I went to skin house for the botox na mismo.  Inooffer kasi sakin korean dun sa isa.

nagyon ko lang nakita ang thread na to,..meron pala,.. I had my 8 sessions diode hair removal sa clinic nila last year,.. super numipis naman ang ua hairs ko, pero after 6months dumami ulit pero di na s coarse ang hairs like before.. I'm thinking of having another sessions kaso bawal naman ang whitening products/soaps pag nagpapalaser,.. so aun,.. di ko na alam dpat kong gawin,.. priority ko pa naman magpaputi

any advice?

^ Diba we really have to have yearly touch ups?  They can schedule the whitening so it does not affect your laser schedule. May bagong machine ngayon, that's what i'm getting kasi my hairs are very manipis narin.  Nagresearch narin ako about this, and it sounds really promising.  Holding on to that fact na si st luke's nga ito rin ang gamit.

^tama ka sis, need nga ng yearly touch ups,.kaso masyadong resilient ang ua hairs ko,.. 6months palang back to normal na agad,.. akala ko kasi 1 yr or more ang effect ng laser.. so parang nanghihinayang nadin akong mag invest dahil hindi super effective sakin..

Pansin ko lang after my last diode session sa UA, yung left underarm ko mas tinubuan sya ng hair compared sa right underarm. Not sure if stubborn hair or stubborn nurse But anyway, been thinking of IPL nalang if ever kasi super nabibilang nalang naman and maninipis nalang yung tumubong hair. Tipid mode lang.

C+C - In my understanding, it's a must to return for a touch up the moment there is hair regrowth that calls for another session, that's around 3 to 6 months.  Konti lang 6 sessions parang most of my friends who have also had laser hair removal had more than that.  Sila pa nga may sabi na just go with the needed number of sessions then kusa nalang hindi na tutubo.  I'm 2 months and 2 days in counting, and so far tolerable pa naman so i'm maximising my schedule until mid of march. Notice niyo ba parang may improvement sa color?

^ Naku sis, sayang naman that you started with a good machine kung lilipat ka sa IPL you might get burned pa.  Ask nalang for a discount kahit 1 session lang since touch up ka nalang naman.  Kakasal ka na!
