Which Mosquito Repellant is Safe for Babies?

I am now using HHN bug shield, i ordered it online (buti nabasa ko sa thread na pwede pala online shopping  ) pero hindi ko ipinapahid kay baby... As mentioned by domestic diva sa recycling ng mosquito patches, ginagawa ko na ngayon  kapag wala ng amoy yung moskishield dinidikit ko sa walker niya or sa pader or sa may windows then nilalagyan ko nung bug shield 
So far, medyo nasasamay nako sa amoy... Effective naman...

Anyone who knows kung may Giga stall sa SM marikina? I want to try it too...

Meron daw sis. In front of Watsons. What works for us is the variant for babies. Nakakagat pa din kami sa
eucalyptus scent.

i went to sm marikina yesterday, wala na pala yung stall ng giga sa tapat ng watsons... the frap na yung andun ;(
hindi ko na rin nakita sa ibang floors... asan ka na giga???

So far the most effective for me and my son is Human Hearts Nature Citronella bug spray.  Oil based sya.  Matapang nga ang amoy but then after awhile nawawala din naman.  Sanay na ang son ko sa amoy.  I apply on his arms and legs only.  Exposed area lang.    I bought them at a kiosk in Trinoma.  I recently learned that it's cheaper in Beauty Bar. 

Others I've tried that are not effective: Moskishield, Giga spray, Guard lotion.  I stay away from Off lotion coz sabi nga not good for the skin.

^I agree with HHN citronella. Mejo matapang yung scent nya pero hinde kagaya sa Off na nagssting. Nung nasmell ko pa lang yung Off from the bottle feeling ko kahit tao mare-repel dahil sa sobrang tapang. Yung HHN mejo madali nga mawala kaya every 2 hours we reapply on the extremities.

Before christmas pa yata nawala yung stall ng giga sa sm marikina, even sa robinsons metro east wala na rin. 😢We buy either in megamall or rob magnolia pa.

Mejo matagal na nga syang wala sis. Nung naubusan ako ng HHN stock, I was planning to try Giga but wala na sa SM Marikina.

Sis rtmanaloto, I'm trying Tiger Balm Mosquito Repellant now. So far, okay siya. P189 lang siya sa
Mercury. Oily but when applied, di na siya oily. Unlike sa HHN, oily and malagkit. It's number one
daw sa Singapore. Anyway, I like that it's not malagkit sa balat after application.

Ah... I saw that brand in Baby Company when i bought diapers... Kaso i was hesitant to buy that time kase gusto ko muna magbasa ng reviews 
Madami din akong nabasa na good reviews about it... Thanks sis... We'll try it

what about yun baygon heated mat. yun plug in type. safe ba yun sa nursery?

^sis rtmanaloto, pati langaw di lumalapit when I road tested the Tiger Balm Insect repellant.
Hahaha! Am just finishing up Giga then will use this.

As for the Baygon mats, I bought two but I can't say it's really effective. You probably need
to buy enough to cover the whole room. Am not sure if it's safe sa nursery too. We only
plug it in after dinner.

ruin your baby's clothes. It says it's all natural. No deet. And number one daw sa Singapore.
Re-apply after two hours.

sis naghanap ako sa shopwise ng tiger balm.yung patch lang ang nakita ko.saka yung white ointment at red ointment. alin ba don yung insect repellant?

I've tried a number of mosquito repellants, but so far have been happy with Bite Block Kids. It's not greasy, has a very mild, powdery smell (unlike most repellants), no sticky residue on clothes, is hypoallergenic, and offers up to 8h protection. Available in Mothercare and Landmark (cheaper here).
