We got wines for around 350/bottle and we put it in bike wineholders we ordered from Tiffany Novelty for 370 each. So we spent around 720/sponsor.

The tea we'll be giving will be around 1,250PhP to 1,450PhP depending on the exchange rate. (250HKD)

Sisses, need suggestions. For Principal Sponsors who failed to attend the wedding, what can I give them kaya? They have valid reasons naman why they did not attend (overseas) but I wanted to give something to them since they are still part of the wedding.

Did they give you a gift? I'm only asking, as you can incoporate the gift  with your thank you card as well. 😊😊 If they are in Australia, you can give them some small knickknacks that could be quite useful to them.   If they are tea drinkers, you can give them some good loose tea and a nice tea strainer with a ribbon. Or if you want something more exotic, the flowering tea . I'm a tea drinker kasi hehe. It's not that posh a gift hehe. Or maybe a littlebook of prayers. and just put a note that says thank you for your gift.  Or even if they did not give you any but you still want to give them a souvenir, i think any item coming from you guys would be appreciated.

Thanks sis bonzaigirl!! Actually you are right sis, they did gave us a gift that made me think i need to give something in return. Im not expecting any gifts naman kasi, but then, this PS, gave us something really extravagant+++. Kaya i didn't know how to respond to their generosity. The prayer book is a good idea, a bible too will be good.. Nako wala pa naman mga bible stores dito masyado like PCBS or Bible House in manila!!

^so far sis tig isa gift for ninong and ninang nalang natira sakin. Pinabigay ko kasi sa family nila (overseas kasi sila) yung sa ninong magkikita kami this month yung sa ninang baka malabo since kahit family nya nasa US na.

We're still finalizing our gifts for the ninongs and groomsmen and my fiance decided to drop the alcohol idea because we have some who are living overseas (and it would be hassle for them to take it back). Now we need something portable. He's thinking customized cufflinks (design depends on the personality) or powerbanks (just because everyone seems to find it useful these days) but i'm not sure this is special enough. Any other ideas ladies?

cartoon of them (not caricature). think og mr bean cartoon, ganun framed. butingsi does this.

also, papr on FB does naman paper cutting, cute yun. pwedeng family tree or name nilang mag-asawa.

pwede din chibis, cute lang. hehe i have a friend who made one for my family. ipapaprint ko sya sa canvass and then frame then gand sa wall.

personalized perfume or beauty sets ok din.

may bride din ako na gumawa ng gift baskets na super nice ng mga laman, love na love ng mga PS.

sparklingjewel, do all these guys wear French cuffs on a regular basis? If not kasi I'd advise against cufflinks kasi sayang lang -- my fiance loves cufflinks, but he decided against giving them as gifts since some of his friends wear button cuff shirts.

Are these guys outdoorsy like you and your fiance? They might appreciate a good-quality duffle/weekend/gym bag, or maybe some excellent earphones?

Hmm not sure about outdoorsy stuff for the ninongs hehe--- maybe for the groomsmen but we've been to ROX wala rin kami maisip na ok. I shall look at good earphones! Thanks for the suggestion!
Haha my fiance said powerbank na nga lang daw eh, i think that is what HE wants! But in general i think guys do have too many gadgets so it might work hehe

sis sparklingjewel, most of our ninongs/ninangs will also be coming from abroad so hassle to give them wine. i'm thinking travel wallets from anma lifestyle? pwede yung travel wallet plain or monogrammed with the person's initials or name. pero this is nice lang for the ninangs eh. the ninongs might not appreciate it. i like the powerbank idea.

^sis juwie have you tried divisoria? I don't know exactly where, I 'm just supposing as lahat ata meron dun. When we were looking for some pang DIY accessories we saw all kinds of things, sa may Tabora market, yung mga alleyways and sa may Ilaya. Yumg malapit sa mga tela. From paper mache na letters, to mason jars,  to bottles of all sorts and sizes, kahit nga mga abaniko and yung isa pang pamaypay.   As a last resort, if you've got relatives in the US, I saw some some of those at Marshall's. Or try Etsy.com.

^sis juwie, sayang nung nagpunta ka sana ng hongkong!! i used to see those wooden boxes here in oz sa mga chinese stores. wooden tea boxes, jewellery and watch cases. ranging from $11-21 each.

Sis bonzaigirl, I haven't been to Divi pa, tamad kasi ako, hahaha! Pero oo nga, kailangan ko mag Divi, sabi ng friend ko meron daw nun sa Divi. "Have faith in Divi" sabi nya 

Sis belle, parang wala naman ako nakitang ganun sa HK.  or maybe I didn't look hard enough? My best bet is to find them in Divi talaga. I plan to stick calligraphy decals on them (names ng mga ninang) then put shawls and other stuff inside  I will pay Divi a visit on September!

Thank you, i really need convincing! Haha that idea came out of nowhere and in no way was i expecting that to be an option! Parang ang generic eh.. or maybe thats just me. Pero yeah, out na talaga wine/ liquor for our ninongs & groomsmen since some of them reside abroad. I can't give wallets because these ninongs are the type who have Gucci or LV wallets, i doubt they'll use what I'll give! Fiance doesnt want watchboxes naman because if they were collectors daw they would already have those to begin with.. wah running out of ideas.. cufflinks are really cute and a lot of sites with free shipping to London (where my fiance can pick them up). Really tempted na!
