hi mga sis,

Alam nyo ba how much starting sa Metrobank as teller with experience.

Ano ano yung mga benefits nila? bonus, increase..etc

Natanggap ako dito lately pero wala pa kong idea sa sweldo and benefits lalo na't fresh grad ako without experience. Hopefully pag nagdecide ako tumuloy sa Oct. 1 may makuha akong info or pag nakausap ko na yung HR sa 20th

sabi nung napagtanungan kong manager very competitive daw ang benefits ng metrobank, if not the best in the banking industry sa philippines.  sa bpi ok lang naman daw pero parang walang gana yung manager.  sa bdo naman nung nagtanong ako parang wala akong kausap.  anyway, siguro dapat sa malalaking banks mag apply para mas stable ang work.

I think the salary is mababa lang then they get the usual medical benefits, kasi the manager who handles our account looks like she doesn\\t get much.  I mean you can see naman that HSBC officers look more magarbo diba?  They probably get more din.

I tried to apply here last month but sadly I didn't qualify for the position that i'm applying for.  I've been searching for my first job for months already and it's really hard to look for one.

pag sa bank talaga medyo mababa yung salary, pero ok ang benefits. Sa metrobank nagooffer sila ng P13K pagmay experience na ewan ko lang kung pati yung mga fresh grad.

 Try mo lang sis pero sa experience ko panglalait / discrimination ang nakuha ko dito sa Metrobank Cebu         kesyo daw matanda na ako 30 yrs. old na, The manager was asking me if hindi ba ako takot na hindi maka work kasi I'm 30 eh ano ngayon if 30 INUTIL na ang 30 ? wala ng silbi? , tapos hindi daw Accountancy or Business Management ang course ko they will prioritize po ang mga course na  ACCCT AT B.M.  eh bakit mga kakilala ko kahit HRM / NURSING eh nakapsok sila sa mga banks ?
