If you want to see results, dapat at least once a week.  also, konting bawas sa food and must also exercise.  Hindi pwedeng pagkatapos magpa-RF eh kakain at matutulog.

Nope, galvanic is more effective than RF.  My sister told me that she made a demo of the galvanic spa to a dermatologist who happens to just purchased a big RF machine and the derma commented that the single session result from the galvanic was equivalent to 10 session result from RF and had he seen the galvanic earlier, he would've not purchased the RF machine.

^ thanks for the info regarding galvanic spa. mukhang iyon na lang ire-research ko kaysa sa rf, i'm trying to lose weight by doing cardio and diet, pero pag di kinaya i might have this procedure done na lang.

^ You're welcome! But just to clear though, Galvanic is more of a skin treatment rather than a weight loss tool.  My sister did my tummy once and I got off like 1.5cm in just 15 mins (full treatment is 30mins).  She is also a wellness consultant and she give you pointers on how to effectively lose weight as she has done it herself through a weight management program which she now actively promotes, if you'd be interested in a free consultation I can refer you to her.

yup! 1st session na 30min RF, i lost 1.5 inches sa waist... dati 30 mins din sa Dermcare naman, 4 cm lang.. i still have 4 sessions remaining.. sa tummy lahat..
may deal ngayon na combo RF and Cavitation.. P 199 for 20mins for each.. i bought 10 vouchers..
8 for tummy, 2 for braline.. masarap daw kasi sa lakod at nakakawala ng lamig sa likod natin...
