Sa akin sis, advice ng doctor paper towel. Bale 2 ply ng paper towel, after mag pee, wash with water and then dry ng paper towel. So far I've been using this method and it works well, walang amoy and feeling malinis even kahit red days. Tapos kapag bedtime, no undies, short na lang.

hi sis, hindi tissue. paper towel siya, brand na gamit ko femme interfolded paper towel, bale iyong 175 pulls umabot siya sa akin ng 1 month, kitchen towels pwedeng pwede kasi medyo matigas siya as compared mo sa tissue. noong una nga dahil sa vaginitis, na-windang ako sa instruction ni doc. biruin mo every ihi kailangan mag wash ng water, do not use tissue tapos babasain, mag iiwan ng residue. dapat daw paper towel or kitchen towel. make sure na dry siya, tapos do not use feminine wash kasi iba ibang ph level tayo, ang pinaka safe at mura pa is "safeguard".  so ngayon kapag iihi ako, nilalagyan ko muna ng water iyong squirt bottle ko (empty 150ml alcohol bottle) tapos after wiwi, squirt ko na siya doon, i dont use my hands so no touch sa "V" just iyong flow ng water, then 2 ply paper towel para matuyo siya. Noong una,  naninibago talaga ako pero eventually nasanay nako, its more than a month na, and it works well. Napangiti ako doon sa "mot" hahaha, kami nga after ng deed, hugas na ako, since alam naman ni partner I need to do that. try mo sis.

There are some chemicals and other bacteria in commercial items whether tissue or paper towel that's why recommendation was cotton towel. Save the planet pa. 

I have one towel per day if I'm out. Forgot the brand but this is small thick size that comes with a plastic container.
So, wash with water then dry with towel and put it back sa plastic.
End of the day, air dry it then put in laundry bin.

Pag wala bidet, I use my V water bottle hehe.

At home, I have a similar towel hanged in the bathroom. I change every 4 days.

All these towels are hand washed.



We also wash before and after the deed. As in both of us

If you use soaps it wont help to clean and its not even refreshing. Even you do it 5x.

Use Gynepro. You just have to try it.
Use paper towel.
Change undies 2x or 3x a day. (Baka lang may natitiis hindi nagcchange atleast twice a day.)

Usually 8-9pm uwi ko sa bahay. So at night lang ako nakakapagchange ng panty.

Sis, eversince nag wash ako everytime i pee and dry the area using paper towel, so far walang amoy and discharged tulad ng dati.

Ako din walang undies pag nasa bahay, si hubby gaya gaya na din di na nagbrief. Haha mas presko daw kasi at nakakahinga ang privates.
