^it's also effective for guys, you are what you eat kung baga, there was one instance when my ex-bf's sweat was so ewww! and i told him , "i can guess what you had for lunch" then when i told him kung ano , he answered in affirmative.So i advised him to take no meat and lots of pineapple juice prior to lovemaking, and it worked!

Nabasa ko somewhere that coffee and tea can make your urine smell different, thus, magiging smelly din yung V.So I guess limit your intake of these beverages. Better replacements are fruit juices like pineapple and cranberry juice talaga.

yes may amoy kayo dun. merong flat smell meaning walang amoy, merong mapanghi at merong mabango like may gamit na perf or lotion. sa lasa halos same naman yun flat at mabango pero yun may amoy hindi ko alam. yes turn off yun sa guys, still depende kung gaano ka L si guy. check OB na lang

proper hygiene, eat healthy, drink lots of water, atleast every other day pine apple juice if kaya na everyday better, if di naman kelangan ng panty liner dont use one nalang, when washing your vajayjay clean water will do (as per obgyn), I use betadine feminine wash if I have my period and after sex.

I can vouch for unscented dove. Hmm I was wondering sa vinegar but based on experience esp on washing nawawala amoy nya kusa and it did make my laundry looks like new lilitaw ulit kulay. Baka ganun din effect?

What i do kasi eh wash regularly after pee if possible pero kung walang wash then wet wipes then dry ng tissue. Also i read once that your diet affects your vagina's odor. Eat a lot of melon and honey dew. I used ph care for regular wash and pag may period and after sex i use betadine. Change underwear twice a day.then after sex wash kaagad. i dont wear panty liners. Kung smelly pa din i suggest check with ur ob gyne.

aside sa usual washing after you pee and during baths, wearing panty liners, ako if i know na may possibility na magkakasomething, 2 days before kumakain ako ng pineapple and also drink pineapple juice. shave completely a day before (you should keep it trimmed all the time). basta for two days i eat pineapple and drink pineapple juice (as much as i could). wash it before kayo maglaro. he wouldnt mind the extra time promise.

if di ka naman nakapagprepare, wash it thoroughly. or if kaya, effective pa rin and pineapple 2 hours before

- brazilian waxing
- i wear pantyliner pag kelangan lang (cotton & breathable)
