Napansin ko marami against sa pantyliner but my OB suggested to use it lalo na kung whole day kang nasa labas as long as you periodically change it within the day. Baon ng extra sa bag and change after peeing. Kasi kung walang pantyliner and you get sweaty, mas mahirap mag baon and mag palit ng panty mismo. Hehe... baka pag pasok sa mall mabulaga ang guard pag check ng bag mo kung nagbaon ka ng undies although mas maganda sana na yun ang palaging palitan to prevent smell and infection. Also, according to my OB, kahit hindi shaved, basta trimmed. Ang sa kanya naman, to prevent infections kasi madalas the pubes carry bacteria (from the weewee and poopie) that cause infections. I tried bikini wax once pa lang, it's not too expensive and your yoohoo gets trimmed na rin. Haven't tried brazillian (wala pa akong lakas ng loob). I get rashes when I shave. I will never do it again.

hi sisses! tama mga advices dito, hydrate with water and juice, wash everytime you pee (but not always with feminine wash kc nkksama ito pag sobra), ok lang with water and tissue. and syempre, always change your panties. regarding feminine wash, i used ph care cool and panty liners before, nagka-UTI ako. now, i just use betadine feminine wash twice a week and kung may sexual intercourse at menstruation. then everyday, "amazing moringa feminine secret wash" ng company nmin. made of malunggay and tea tree oil kaya very natural tlaga. light scent din ang amoy. liquid ito na pag pump mo ay foam ang lumalabas kya matagal gamitin at matipid. hope this helps. thank you!

Importante naman you are always clean down there, regardless kung may partner o wala. Makes one feel sexy din.

On shaving, mas ok ang brazilian wax.  Hirap kaya magshave, tapos every so many days.  I use to shave every 2 wks especially before my period.  Pero ngayon, mas gusto k ona brazilian wax. Pag brazilian kasi, smooth na ang hair na mag-g-grow, plus you dont have to shave so often.

Feminine wash, I use lactacyd, vagisil and eve. 2-3 times a day. I tried ph care before, mas gusto ko parin ang lactacyd.  Vagisil and Eve are ok din for me.  There is something wrong with Phcare, di ko lam, di ako satisfied kasi di ko feel na malinis.  I also use pantyliners everyday.  Nagpapalit din ako middle of the day. Also use wipes lactacyd.

On undies naman, yes, I always change din every after gym.  Kasi tendency you sweat.  Di lang hindi hygienic down there, hindi din sya comfy kahit sa butt mo or other parts, mamya magpimples ka pa elsewhere.  I like the biofresh seamless undies din, it prevents bacteria.

With clean hygiene, you won't encounter the fishy smell. Never pa naman ako nagka UTI with the use of pantiliners. The only time I had UTI was when I had contact with hubby then I forgot to wash.  I guess importante din magwash right after sex.

hello. problem ko to.... hindi naman mabaho v ko kaso yung discharge parang ang baho, hindi naman siya fishy smell pero ang lakas ng amoy. natural b yun? ano ba talga amoy ng white mens/discharge?

pacheck mo sa doctor. kasi I sometimes have white discharge, wala naman amoy.

and i use summer's eve feminine deodorant spray....super effctive and ang bango ...enjoy si hubby

sis yung saken kase binibili ko sa walmart at walgreens sa US....nag buy kase ako ng marami before ako umuwi kase diko sure if meron dito sa Pinas though feeling ko makakakita ka nun sa mga store na me mga imported products diko lang sis macheck kase andito ako sa Province nagstay...try mo rin i check...promise mag eenjoy ka... sobrang bango at ang lamig kase pag inispray mo tas di talaga naamoy ang V mo mas maamoy yung flavor nya kahit matagal na nspray medyo magastos nga lang ako minsan sa pag gamit kase madalas akong magwiwi tas pagka wash spray na uli misan pag di masyado mawiwi  before work sa morning ako ngspray tapos sa gabi before matulog ...hmm Alam mo na LOL....me isa pa akong natry mas mura yung New Freshness ug brand  kaso walang mabangong  amoy kaya di ko bet hehe...Tipid mode na ako now kase last  ko na yung meron ako buti nalang LDR kmi ni hubby hehe

on a guys pov, i'd rather see it shaved. you can expect a guy to stay down there for as long as you like ( coz we like it too). Also, bawasan ang pag inom ng alcohol. puhlees. there is really a taste and smell if you're a heavy alcohol drinker and not a a fan of water or juice.
