@twisterselle- just shave according sa direction ng growth ng hair para hindi masugat, dahan dahan sa tabi ng labia, use a mirror for better visualization of ur area. ako i use gillette tri-blade for sensitive skin but be really careful. and ako para swabe ang shaving, i apply milk bath first. super cute sya after  lol!

Hello everyone! I'm new here as a member but I've always read threads and it's really helpful.

Regarding the topic, I heard an ob-gyne said that you should always keep your vagina dry. Dahil kung lagi daw po nababasa, mas madali magspread ang germs that might cause the bad smell. Also, the ob doesn't advise shaving the vagina bald. Kasi daw po exposed yung vagina sa bacteria kapag ganun. Tsaka isa pa daw po is yung kinakain naten. Kasi sumisingaw daw po dun.

I used to use PH Care kaso I don't feel satisfied and I got this itchy problem. I wasn't able to ask my ob about it kasi parang nakakahiya. Hehe. But I heard that Lactacyd is very good so I'm using Lactacyd for months now and I can say it's really good. It's mild, gentle down there and it smells good as well. Although I don't care that much with the smell kasi no one's eating me down there naman. Haha.

Hi mga sisses! I just wanna share what I know about the topic. Normally, we have certain odor down there. I can say that I have a normal scent there but from time to time, it becomes more pronounced due to heavy discharge or depends which part am i in my menstrual cycle.

Like many women, I used to believe that vaginal odor is the result of a lack of personal hygiene and wash excessively their vagina unaware that they worsen the problem. While poor genital hygiene can be the cause, excessive washing is not the solution. The first thing to do should be restoring the acidity and the balance of the vaginal flora naturally. There are lots of feminine washes out there but along side of it, I use vaginal suppositories to restore the normal pH and flora in the vagina. Kaya a healthy, nice smelling vajayjay! I am not sure if they are available in drugstores there in the Pinas but I think if you ask your Gyne, they might have an idea.

I use it after having my period. It's a 8-day treatment where you place the suppository inside your vagina before you go to sleep at night.

on how to look good, I use a braun female trimmer. I dont shave bald because, you'll have problems with infected hair follicles, accidentaly cut yourself there, etc. MAKATI when the hair is growing back.

Madalas I don't want to be eaten kasi conscious ako na baka hindi ako mabango/masarap down there, baka maturn-off si guy.

I admit that sometimes I smell bad down there. All this time akala ko normal lang na magkaron ng medyo unpleasant smell esp. pag may discharge. Akala ko din normal lang na fishy yung amoy ng mens ng mga girls.

There was one time nga na after namin mag-do, pinaamoy sakin ng bf ko yung daliri nya na ginamit nya for f*ngering me. And it smells fishy Nagtatawanan nalang kami pero malay ko ba kung natuturn-off na sya saken diba?

Pero ngayon hindi na masyado, kasi I'm using Apple Cider Vinegar as my femwash na. Di na ko gumagamit ng commercial ones, at di na rin ako nagpapanty liners. I also drink pineapple juice everyday.

Wala nang masyadong discharge, minsan nalang. Kaso may konting unpleasant smell pa din.

Ano ba kasi talaga ang normal na amoy ng V? Ano din dapat ang normal na amoy ng mens?

Aside from that try to include yogurt, yakult, garlic in your diet lalo na sa mga girls prone sa candidiasis. Thy can also try to taking acidophilus capsule, garlic capsule, selenium, zinc sa diet. prevention is better than cure.
And tama un ginawa mo sis yung vinegar kelangan yan ng vag natin , wag lagi mag feminine wash ako kpg ngsesex [textspeak!] kmi ni bf gmit dun me gumagamit ng feminine wash or kapag may period. mas prefer pa rin [textspeak!] warm water lang, baby soap and [textspeak!] acv. ok rin yung juice sis pro kpag prone [textspeak!] candida avoid muna [textspeak!] mga sweet.
And make sure completely lubricated ka during sex niyo niyo pra [textspeak!] abrasion sa wall mo kasi ngcacause din siya ng alteration sa ph leading to bacteria. lots of water and avoid mga tight jeans din sis, always keep your area dry. ang iba binoblower nila sa kanila after maligo which is hindi naman masama. hope this helps
