I am currently using anion liner and pads, sana maging effective. So far, I am loving its effects. Nabawasan yung pain kapag may mens. Dati masakit puson ko during 1st and 2nd day, ngayon during 1st day nalang and tolerable naman. Sana it would also work for my myoma.

I asked my OB if dahil ba din sa anion, sabi nya, madaming factors kung bakit pwedeng mawala. una maliit daw [textspeak!] myoma ko. at dahil vegetarian ako, na deprive daw sa meat protein ang myoma ko kaya nagshrink. myoma's feed on meat daw. kaloka lang diba?

i also have a 2.5cm cyst on the right ovary ( i think it is dermoid) I have another check in 4 weeks to confirm, but I am now taking all the holistic approach for it to shrink and be gone ( and of course with lots of prayers!

In addition to all those organic stuff, juices, and teas, I just started having a hot bath soak with epsom salt. I have just done it yesterday for 15 minutes, and I swear i felt different afterwards.. the occasional pains went away. so I just bought a carton of epsom salt and will try it every night.
