I also had cyst and i had my lap last march then after 1 month in my ultrasound my ob-re saw a cyst dapat mag undergo n kami ng iui after the lap but due to cyst kinancel ang iui and she prescribe me duphaston 2tabs for 15 days then next cycle go back sa kanya to see if naflash ang cysts or nag shrink, but unfortunately mas lumaki pa yung cyst ko from 2.64 naging 3.76 then she sugguest na lang mag contact n lang daw kami ni hubby kung mapregnant ako naturally kung hindi next cycle bibigyan nya me ng pills since we are preparing for ivf din. While waiting for af, i enrolles in yoga class, yin yoga, it is a type of yoga that helps foe those ttc, because we are too busy and we constantly move which they called yang, our body needs at least time to relax, thru this yoga, it help you to relax. I do yin yoga 3x a week and after 1 month i went back to my ob-re, and the cyst just gone. Wala me ininom anything. Just doing the yoga.   i hope you try it. And hope it might help po.

Hello mga sis, me too have adenomyosis, nagpa-gnrh na rin ako for 6 months, pero hanggang ngayon meron pa rin and it is so painful. please share naman kung [textspeak!] ginawa nyo para mawala ang adenomyosis nyo. please pm me naman. Thank you..

sis honeys, detoxification ang aim nung ininom ko. i did take nux vomica homachord, berberis homachord,lymphomyosot.. isang set yan.. homeopathic meds.. cleanse nya lang body mo and flush out toxins.. possible na mapreggy after that sabi ng OB ko. since hindi ako successful i did take na my second step.. im taking naman now gynacoheel,hormeel and ovarium.. para naman maayos yung reproductive system ko.. more on problem sa ovary yan, tubes etc. google nyo nalang para mas detailed. Yung meds ko wala ka mabibili sa labas since dapat may check up muna ng doctor. you can try my doctor if you want
