I'm not sure kung totoo ba yung mga calming music.

Hi guys I've told my story here about PCOS previously. this time naman I would like sana to ask kasi I'm taking Provera now pero grabe ako magbreakout since nagstart ako ng provera. Anyone who experienced the same thing?

Sis ako din. I've been taking it for 2 years na.

Im currently having very light menstruation for 1 week na. As in hindi napupuno ang panty liner. 2 weeks ago, ganito din for few days. Is this PCOS? Bothered ako. I was too fat last year. Irregular din ang mens ko but naghealthy living ako due to fatty livar and I?ve lost 20kgs. Nov 2018-Jan this year naging regular ang mens ko but come feb spotting spotting na lang. Anyone here who experienced the same?

ako naman my last menstruation was first week of January pa and then last Monday mag spotting ako. Nagpacheck up sa OB and was diagnosed with PCOS and was given Provera and BCP pero hindi pa ako nag take mg provera because I have to do a urinalysis last Saturday na unfortunately hindi natuloy kasi malakas na sha, napuno na ang pad ko, which I thought was my first day so nag take ako ng pills and today ang hina naman parang 1 drop lang sa pad. So I am not sure if I have to continue taking the pills or Stop ko nalang, sayang din mahal nang diane.

Hi mga sis. Baka may makakapag advice or have any idea sa situation ko.

I have a PCOS and wala naman akong ginagawa about it, no treatment/medicine or whatsoever. Problema ko now is weight gain, my height is 4?11, nag loose na ko nung 2016 from 55 to 45kg. From 2017 till now na gain ko sya lahat 59kg.

I started Low Carb Intermittent Fasting Diet, plus apple cider vinegar twice a day and there?s this slimming juice Gluta Lipo that I take pa. For 1 week, lost 3kg. But now I?m on my 3rd week, hindi na ko nag loose after that, I?m still 56kg.

I think it has something to do with PCOS na? Ano kaya pwede kong gawin to loose more weight?

Should I consult a doctor now? I doubt kasi na OB Gyne will help me.

Wow congrats sis that?s good to hear. Ako wala na so far problem sa period, regular naman sya may mga months lang na nadedelay but more or less sakto naman sya. Minsan lang ako nakakapag work out, yun ang mahirap busy, but I know kailangan yun, dun din ako nag loose.

Thanks sis sa advice, sa endocrinologist pala. Papa check up nga ako.

Hi Sis! i have PCOS din and TTC na din. My OB is Dra. Arlene Bravo sa Makati Med :) She was also recommended by a close friend of mine. Try her. :)

Saw my post few months back. Update lang.

I lost a lot of weight din after 3 months, 10kg din na loose ko, naging 50kg ako. Kaso nga lang OFW ako, so umuwi ako ng pinas for 2 weeks lang, I ate a lot and gain back 3 kgs.

But the good news is, preggy naman pala ako 7 weeks,  ;D kaya siguro nag gain din ako, aside from eating a lot kasi masyadong mabilis 2 weeks lang 3kg agad na gain ko. Happy sobra kasi I have PCOS and uterine abnormality, naka conceive pa din kame naturally and ang bilis kasi we started TTC lang nung May.

PCOS warrior here. Sobrang intermittent ng hormones ko. I had my TVZ last Friday, clear daw ovaries ko. I even had one mature follicle ready to burst. Pero in some other months, nagcicircus ang hormones ko and bi-lateral minsan sa scan.

I try to lose weight also. 3 months sa gym na, wala pa ko nalolose. Pero napapansin ko, energy levels ko tumaas and at least di na tumataaas timbang ko.

Sana magconceive din kami naturally. We tried IUI twice, both failed. If ever balik kami sa OB next year, IUI ulit then IVF na pag di padin successful.

Good luck sis sana maka conceive kayo naturally.

Hello sis, i was diagnosed with Pcos 5yrs ago. Nagpaalaga agad ako sa ob then after months nabuntis ako. I have clear skin before but this year..naglabasan yun pcos acne ko mostly sa jawline.  Bilugan sya at nakaumbok. Masakit pag hinahawakan..parang pantal na matigas at masakit. I tried facial and other pampahid from derma also metformin...until now ganun pa din. I read about glutha that it helps to balance hormones daw...whos into this? May you share your expi? Ty..

^ Oh.. those are cystic pimples. Sakit talaga niyan sis.  I get those usually a week before my menstruation. In my experience, yes. taking glutathione helped me get clear skin. I dont take it anymore though kasi may inuubos pa ko ulit na pills. Its called Chocola BB acne. It?s a b-complex vitamins from Japan that also helps prevent and heal acne. You can Google if you want to know more about it.

I also use COSRX toner and serum and it really helped para magheal agad yung bumps and to prevent scarring, which is harden and usually more expensive to treat.

Good that you consulted a derma. I think their products are effective din naman. You just have to be consistent in applying it. Give it time to work. If you think it?s not working for you, ask for an alternative. My skin responds well to topical meds with glycolic acid. I get those from Dra Leah martires.

I also avoid dairy products as much as possible. When i consume dairy products, kahit malayo pa ang period ko, i get pimples. So i stay away from it.

Hope it helps.

Share ko lang din. Nagsa spotting ako for 3 days na. I am on my 30th day already. I usually get my period on 35th day. So this bleeding is too early for me, I cant tell  if this is implantation bleeding or it?s part of menstrual bleeding na ayaw pa lumabas. Will have to observe it for a few days. Seeing an ob is not in my option just yet because i know she?ll ask me to take meds again which i know will have side effects on my body. Anyone here who takes probiotics in capsule form regularly to help minimize PCOS symptoms?

Thanks sis for your inputs and advices. I went to my Ob after 5yrs. She explained that Pcos is permanent. It wont go away. All i have to do is do workout 20mins yun pagpapawisan ka tlaga at ramdam mo yun kabog ng dibdib mo. Eat healthy and avoid sweets😢.  She also prescribed me to take Althea pill since im not planning to conceive. First time ko if ever na magtake ng pills kasi takot ano sa side effects.  My derma prescribed me Epiduo and clyndamicin pero lumalabas pa din ang mga alagad ko. 😰
