Before my wedding, i had my OB check up for the first time. I am qiute scared of the ultrasound. I dont have problems actually as far as i know. I have my regular menstruations, i dont have hirsutism, i dont experience dysmenorrhea, i am not fat either etc. To my surprise I was diagnosed with PCOS both ovaries. I questioned the results bec i dont have any signs of PCOS. The OB told me i might not get pregnant easily. And gave me medications. I am in a medical field, and i did not follow what she told me.
After our Wedding, I had my check up again with different OB this time. And diagnosed again with PCOS both ovaries. After a month ng wedding im pregnant! Eto pa after 2yrs nag pa tvs Ako sabi wala na daw ako PCOS both ovaries. Di ko na sya tinanong what happened, or possible ba mawala. My piece of advice eat healthy foods and PRAY.

^We have the same experience sis. And same findings. Na stress kami ng husband ko.

Though in our case it was not easily diagnosed by ob talaga. PCO ang case natin not pcos. Madali lang siya gamutin actually healthy living and exercise works for me. Actually i get pregnant easily nung nagstop kami ng medical intervention.

How about essential oils mga sis?

^Hi sis i was also diagnosed of PCOS both ovaries. Very conservative OB ko in dealing with my PCOS and how to get pregnant. Healthy lifestyle lang then try namin i set during fertile period ko ang pag gawa kay baby and di na kami nag UTZ for ripe egg. Shotgun approach lang. Luckily after a month ng wedding ko buntis na ako. Last resort nya IUI.

IUI ba agad approach sayo? How about using fertility drug first? Opps baka ma OT tayo.
Btw i also had my novena to St Pio and St Gerard of Majela.

hi! Im back. Bumalik  acne ko after stopping pills.
Nag 2x a day ako ng Usana essentials. :(

I'm currently taking inositol with choline. Less acne, melasma and psoriasis, lost weight (although di naman ako overweight so this is not a pro for me), good mood, less cramps and regular period. I'm only taking it for a month pa lang. I'm so happy. Ang dami ko na nasubukan and the only other thing that worked for me like this is dim but the brand I was using changed the formula so it stopped working for me. Ang dami ko na rin na-take na herbs and vitamins pero ito talaga pinakanagwork for me. I'm going back to my ob for another checkup.

I'm not ttc pero this was recommended to me by my cousin na ttc. Nagkaroon siya agad after taking inositol dati di tlaga siya nagkakaperiod.
