mga sis.. ask ko lang, yung cyst ba na 4.28 cm, for removal na ba yun? natatakot kasi ako, had my OB check up today and nakita na may 4.28cm cyst ako sa right ovary.. hay natatakot ako at nadedepress.. my husband and i are trying to have a baby for 3 years now pero wala pa rin.. so sad..

Hi., Sino po user ng lizelle pills? medyo pricey sya pero hindi ko sya masyadong naririnig mas marami kong nababasa na user ng diane 35 and althea. na try nyo na po ba yung lizelle yun po kase yung nireseta saken ng ob ko. since tinananong nya ko kung nag smoke ako. den sabi nya un nalang daw kase low dosage naman daw. pinapa start na nya ko today eh medyo hesitant ako kase [textspeak!] akomasyadong na babasa na reviews regarding sa lizelle pills. pa help naman. thank you..

^yes, sis. i have pcos kahit monthly ako nagkakaroon. di nga lang consistent yung cycle days ko. minsan maikli, minsan mahaba.

hi! recently got diagnosed with PCOS. been battling with acne since 2014. On and Off sya. ang dami ko na napuntahang Dermatologist. last one referred me na sa OB and ayun I have pcos.

Medyo nalilito lang ako kasi ever since naman I have regular period. I also did blood test and normal naman sugar level ko. Currently taking Althea pills prescribed by OB. Anyone here na same case like me? Na-cure ba acne nyo and hindi ba mahirap mag baby? Thanks.

hello sis@fries. diagnosed also with PCOS. ever since i thought regular period ko, kasi i never missed a month na di nagkaron, although hindi normal yung days ng cycle ko. sabi OB ko, irregular na daw yun. had my blood works done also, and no super off findings naman. di lang ako prone sa acne.

my OB is also an endocrinologist din. nasabi talaga na i had PCOS nung trans-V ultrasound ko, kasi marami dun follicles na sign ng PCOS sa girls, meaning di ako nagoovulate regularly.  i took also diane 35 pills naman. ang continuous naman sakin is yung prescribed metformin.  medyo nahirapan kami magkababy pero relative kasi yun kasi mas may ibang mas matagal. took us more than 2 years din. pero marami rin akong kakilala din na hindi naman nahirapan at mabilis lang kahit may PCOS.

I hope ma-cure ng Althea yung hormonal acne ko. Dun talaga ko bothered kasi it's affecting my confidence.

Ask ko lang does anyone here take natural supplements to fight PCOS?
Ako currently I'm taking Cod Liver oil, Chelated Calcium-Magnesium, Cecon Zinc (B Complex + Ascorbic Acid + Zinc). And I am limiting coffee intake. Pero ang hirap! hehe.

^sis ako super nagclear skin ko sa Diane35, though di ko naging problem ang acne pero nung nagtake ako for a year, nagtighten pores ko and hindi ako nagka zit kahit isa.

I took usana essentials kasabay ng pills ko, pcos free ako after 1 year (both ovaries) tapos got pregnant around 4 months after stopping my pills.

Yung Usana essentials ba na tinake mo yung color green at blue? Sorry hindi kasi ako familiar. Wala naman bad effect nung nag stop ka ng pills?

As per my OB, try ko daw muna Althea for 6 months then pa-ultrasound ako ulit to check. So far wala pa ako na-experience na side effect ni Althea. Today will be my 10th day taking it.

^yes sis yung blue and green Yun na din kasi vitamins ko since 2013, nung nadiagnose pala ko ng PCOS sinabayan ko yung essentials ng prof C, biomega, and coquinone. Yan, dami ko supplements, hehe. Both ovaries PCOS kasi ako so 6 months din yun unang prescription, nung nag TVS ako after 6 mos, right side na lang meron. Then after another 6 months clear na both

Wala naman negative effect saken nung nagstop ako ng pills. Continue ko lang vitamins ko nun. Although naging irregular ulit period ko nung di na ko nagpills, I got pregnant naman din kagad. TTC ka na din ba?

Huhuhu im afraid i have pcos. Di pa ako nagpachek up kasi natatakot talaga ako na malaman sakit ko. Weird no? Hahaha. Nahihirapan ako magconceive more than 6 months na nung inistop ko pills kasi nga gusto na namin masundan baby namin na 10years old na ngayon. Regular period ko with 31days cycle. Pero bakit kaya di pa rin ako nabubuntis

I have been diagnosed since 2012. Pero 3 months [textspeak!] na on pills then stop na. Kc when u have pcos its not per se curable. [textspeak!] change of lifestyle eating healty ganun. But now im on my 2nd pack of yasmin pills without metformin kc im preparing myself to have a baby. Hopefully after a yr..

Hi! After 3 months of taking Althea pills, nagpa TVS ako ulit and wala na ko PCOS. yey! Kaso natatakot naman ako na baka bumalik siya. Nagstop na ang acne break out ko, pero ang daming dark spots. 
I am also taking Usana vitamins and minerals now. Prescribed din sya ng OB ko. Baka magcontinue pa rin ako with Althea hanggang 6th month until magplan na kami magbaby.

I also have PCOS and currently taking Diane35 and metformin.
Mahina din ba ang period nyo pag naka pills kayo? Simula nag pills ako 4 mos ako, super hina ng period ko unlike nung di pa ko na diagnose na may PCOS,. sobrang lakas naman.

@HMisabelle sis pano nagchange from retroverted to anteverted? Retroverted din ata ako.

Yung retro and anteversion ng uterus position lang sya, so it varies talaga, it doesn't have any effect on the ovaries. Pag retroverted, tilted palikod, pag anteverted naman paharap. Nagchechange talaga sya sometimes
