Hi mga Sis. Newbie here. I just want to share my story and I hope mainspired kayo. 2010 I discovered that I have PCOS , kasi ang tagal namen TTC. Nagpawork-out nako sa OB and took some medicines (metformin, folic acid, even clomid).  Due to my frustations, tinigil ko lahat ng medicines for 6 months then biglang napreggy ako ng 2014. Sadly, It was blighted ovum and Doctor performed D&C.  nagtry kame naturally ulit (without any medicines) , ngayon 2016- February, I found out I am pregnant.  And to my first ultrasound recently, to our surprised- its TWINS.

sa akin sis, regular period ...every month nagkakaroon ako pero hirap ako mapreggy. Sabi ng doctor, hindi daw kasi regular ang pag-ovulate ko.

Ah okay sis thank you, I was thinking kasi na safe na ako from pcos since regular mens ko though pag stress ako nadedelay talaga.

Hi mga sis just want to share the good news clear na ako sa PCO

Had my tvs last feb 5 clear ovaries na ako <3  I stopped taking metformin last January and from 72 kilos now 59 kilos na lang ako So malaking factor din talaga sa akin before dahil ang bigat bigat ko.

Prayer and discipline lang girls walang imposible kay Lord!

^whoa! congrats sis!, grabe ako nasa 80 nung 1st check up ko then nung balik ko nasa 78 na, happy ako sa 2 kilos lost haha hay... need ko na talaga to seryosohin para magdire-diretso na pagbalik ko sa ideal weight.  Naka metformin ako 3x a day.  Hindi pa ako clear sa PCOS.  I'm getting there I know...

3 years na kami married and wala pa kami baby. Ayaw ko magpa-check up kasi natatakot ako. Kaya lang, two weeks ago, nagka-mens ako na on and off. For one week ganun so natakot ako kaya nagpa-check up na ako.

Yun, so nagpa transvaginal ultrasound ako. Normal naman lahat ng findings except sa isa. Yun nga polycystic ako. At yun daw reason kaya di kami makabuo ng baby.

Ngayon mag treatment ako. Mag birth control pills ako for 3mos para ma-correct hormones ko.  After 3 mos, fertility tablet naman daw.

Naka sched na din si hubby for semen analysis.

Now ang tanong ko mga sis, may chance ba na magka-baby ako kahit may PCOs ako? Worried lang talaga ako baka di kami magka baby ng asawa ko. 😭

I got married in January 2010.

May 2010 - I visited my Ob and nalaman ko may PCOS ako both ovaries pa. She also told me the same, mahihirapan kami makabuo ng baby. She gave me Folic acid vitamins instead.

June 2011 - I found out I'm pregnant.

Now, I have a 4yr old super kulit baby girl.

Anything is possible sis kahit may PCOS ka Prayers lang and don't stress yourself.

hi sis. you can check out the inspiring stories and POVs of our other sisses here who have been diagnosed with PCOS. it's a struggle but there is hope, and anything is possible. we are on thread 6 na but backreading from the beginning will give you insights and support na din.

May chance talaga magka-baby kahit may PCOS. My period is irregular since college. Pero nagpa-check-up lang ako nung nagstart na ako mag-work. I was diagnosed with PCOS at parehong ovaries pa yun. So my OB then prescribed me birth control pills. Nag-try ako once pero hindi ko na rin tinuloy. Hindi maganda ang effect sa akin ng pills so tinigil ko na hehe. So in short, meron pa rin ako nun until I got married. Medyo naging problem din namin ni hubby at first yung situation ko. Ang sabi ko pa nga sa kanya if ever na plan na namin magka-baby tsaka ako magpapa-check-up ulit to correct my ovaries. Hindi na siguro nakapaghintay for me to see a doctor, I found out that I was pregnant almost a year after our wedding. Ang galing lang! Ang saya namin ni hubby. Blessing talaga! Without taking any meds, kaya naman mag-conceive. I think ang secret lang ay dapat hindi ka stressed. Sobrang mahirap mag-conceive pag stressed ka. Think happy thoughts lang and most important is to pray. Our LO is 6 months now. Don't lose hope. Kayang-kaya yan.

TS, just relax and take it easy. My ob said may pcos daw ako, I was surprised kasi at that time, I have a son na hindi planned. Then had another daughter. I dunno ano sinasabi ng doc about pcos. Sometimes the more you don't think about it, just abide by the pills to improve your hormones etc you will be okay.

Im so glad I  found this thread. I was diagnosed to have PCOS a week ago. 3 years na ako married and wala pa baby. Last week lang ako nagkaroon ng lakas ng loob magpa-check kasi yung mens ko nag on and off for a week so natakot ako. Nagpa TVS ako so un may pcos nga daw.

Ni-resetahan ako ng OB ng Diane na birth control pills. So pag nagkaroon ako next month, mag start na ako nun. Para daw ma-correct yung hormonal imbalance ko. So for 3 months mag pills ako.after 3 months, papainumin daw naman nya ako fertility tablet.

Hays, sana maging successful naman ito mga sis. Gusto ko na magka baby... although hindi naman ako pine-pressure ni hubby (sabi nga nya as long as we have each other kahit walang baby ok lang din naman) kaso alam ko hindi kami kumpleto kapag walang anak.

Pray for me mga sis...

Sis donzki, backread ka lang sa PCOS thread there are a lot of inspiring stories in there.. Share ko na lang din story ko. Eversince nagkaperiod ako at age 11 irregular na cycle ko, sometimes 2-3x a year lang ako nagkakaron. Didn't really think much about it until my husband (then bf) and I decided to get married.

May 2014 i was diagnosed with PCOS, both ovaries. Pinatake ako ng oral contraceptive for my hormones for 6 months. Sinabayan ko ng USANA essentials + coquinone30 + biomega. Repeat TVS ako ng Nov 2014, right na lang yung polycystic. I continued lang the pill and my supplements. May of 2015 i was PCOS free na based on TVS. I stopped taking the pill, pero continue ko pa din usana supplements ko. September 2015 i got pregnant I'm 29 weeks na and will give birth in 2 months. By the way sis, i'm a teacher too and I know exactly what you mean by the stress of teaching. It helps din na nakakapagpahinga tayo once in a while.

Dami na din success stories dito about PCOS na TTC.
