Hindi pa ako nakakabalik sa OB ko. Kasi need ko muna ubusin yung Provera ko. Pero napaparanoid lang talaga ako kasi pang 5th day ko na nagttake today pero wala parin yung period ko. Di ko alam kung normal ba 'to kasi I had spotting na nung 2nd and 3rd day tapos nun hindi na nasundan.

kung ganyang paranoid ka na, punta ka na sa OB mo then ask if bakit ganon yung nangyayari sa period mo..hindi ko pa kasi natry yang Provera eh...althea lang pinagamit sakin nung nagloko period ko...uminom ako non february, so buong month na yun hindi talaga ako nagkaperiod, nung march na ko nagkaron

Ako naman sis sabi ni ob take ako provera for 7 days, if after 7 days of taking provera wala pa ako period balik daw ako sa kaniya agad. Intindi ko kelangan maubos ko muna yun 7 tab of provera before ako magkaperiod.

Hi Mga Sis. I really have no idea where to post this . Let me know if this is the correct thread. I am 36 and I have regular period but recently, actually pang 2nd month na to na twice ako nagka period after 1 week lang . And yung second ko heavy sya , nagtataka talaga ako bakit biglang naging ganun ang period ko. Any thoughts on this? I will be seeing an OB gyne too . tia

^hi sis jace, it's always best to go back to your OB and have yourself checked. And yes, natatanggal po ang PCOS. I was diagnosed last year, both ovaries, after 6 months, isang ovary na lang, and then just last June, both ovaries are PCOS free na. I also took duphaston for a few days and then after that oral contraceptive na lang tinake ko, plus my fish oil and co-Q10 supplements. Also religiously took my vitamins. Ayun, so far so good. Also trying to be more active and lose some excess pounds and that helps too. Go see your OB na if it really concerns you, lalo na you're planning na din to have a baby later.

I've been diagnosed with PCOS since HS, during that time i'd only get my period twice a year. I only went back after college and both ovaries have cysts but they're too small so there's no need for an operation. I was also advised to take Duphaston and Oral contraceptive for 6 months. After that, i still didnt get my period - magkakaron lang if magttake talaga ng pills. I then changed doctor and she prescribed the same but she added metformin. I had to stop taking Metformin kasi it gives me a bad headache.

I haven't been back to my doctor because im in Middle east now. I'm worried na i'd have a hard time conceiving =(

True! Consult your OB-Gyne. Na-realize ko yan nun nag-asawa na ko, kung regular or irregular period, pain in your endocrine system mag-consult agad sa doctor wag maniwala sa mga sabi-sabi o kaya itry mo ito, mas mawawala ang pagka paranoid kapag sa doctor tayo nagtanong.

i have a co-worker who was also diagnosed with pcos early last year. like the usual, her ob prescripted her the necessary meds. at first, di siya pumalya sa pagtake nun pills pero eventualy nagsawa din siya and she opted to change her lifestyle. she was overweight to begin with and the pills somehow contribute to her weight gain then. but now, after almost a year of clean eating & regular exercise, di lang nagamot ang pcos niya, she's also hot and sexy na

Hi mga sis just want to share and ask for some opinion n din,
Ive been diagnosed for pcos last june 2015 den bngyan ako ni OB ng Metformin , Vitamin e and folic [textspeak!] TTC ndin kmi ni hubby, den after nun nagpunta ko sknya d nako nagkaron expected ko delay lang kya tinuloy ko lang medication den aug 1 nagpacheck up ako s iba OB ndwit lang s ate ko still negative - always ko nrrmdaman n maskit puson ko at dede ko kaya iniisip ko mgkkron na ko [textspeak!] khpon Aug19,2015 8 am, naisipan ko mag PT ngulat ako 2 lines sya den inulit ko around 1 pm positive ulit so happy after 2 years of TTC s wakas ! but then around 3:30 pm naligo ako ngulat ako bkit may dugo - and mskit paligo puson ko, nagpacheck up ako knina and TVU , [textspeak!] mkitang baby [textspeak!] balik daw ako after 2 weeks  bka daw early pregnancy pa, [textspeak!] isa s kinakalungkot ko e may MYOMA daw ako , last june PCOS ang nkita den suddenly knina MYOMA na ,den nag PT ako ulit knina pagkauwi still Positive nguguluhan n ako at the same time natatakot n din, ndi ko pa nkakausap si OB bukas pa ...

Posible mga sis na Positive s PT pero wlang baby ? blak ko din magpasecond opinion , [textspeak!] bgla after 2 mos my myoma.

hi diagnosed din ako na may pcos last june.  Nakakalungkot kasi kakaraspa ko lang dahil nakunan ako last feb.  Nagka AF pa ako ng March at April pagdating ng May akala ko buntis ako agad kasi delayed na and mula pagkabata regular ako na delay lang AF ko nung buntis ako.  Ang saya saya namin nun akala namin buntis na ako.  Pero nakakapagtaka kasi negative yung pt kaya pumunta na kami sa OB ko sa CGH then dun na namin nalaman na PCO yung right ko pero yung left hindi naman. Nakakastress lalo pinainom ako ng Provera for 5 days para magka AF then metformin 3 x a day.

Now wala pa din akong AF mag 3 motnhs na this September iniisip ko kasi hayaan ko kusa ako magkaron pero wala pa rin talaga.  Negative pt as usual tuloy tuloy pa rin ang metformin ko vitamins and folic.  Napagkakamalan na akong buntis ulit kasi laki ng tyan ko at pimples ang dami ko sa noo asar talaga! 

This September balik na kami ng OB para pa check ulit hayzz nakakaumay na pabalik balik sa OB puro test TVU etc.  Hirap mag TTC after mo magbuntis, maraspa at PCOS naman ang problema ko. 

Btw, nag gain talaga ako ng weight nung nabuntis ako last year.

Last monday nagpaTVU ako kasi last July nag doble ang period ko so my OB advised me to take pills muna...then nung monday nga nakita na 2 ovaries ko na my cyst...how sad...pero ok lang ganon talaga...so i have to take pills for 4 months habang wala pa si hubby...hopefully maging ok na...para next na is project na kay baby...hehe...

mga sis.... one month na ata akomg walang dalaw ever since nag stop ako take pills... parang unti unti bumabalik acne ko cause of PCOS.... ano gagawin ko mga sis.. should i go back to taking pills again? ok naman skin ko nun eh

Hello mga Sis!
Been diagnosed with PCOS last Nov. 2013. I took some meds such as provera, duphaston.
I'm 24, not yet married.
So ganito, last check up ko was Feb2014 pa. Napagod kase akong bumalik monthly, and magtake ng meds. Di kasi ko talaga sanay uminom ng gamot, and wala pa naman akong balak magkababy.
Yun lang, ever since talaga irregular yung mens ko. And, having a boyfriend active ako. Unprotected lagi. So were planning on getting married next year, pero natatakot ako na baka di ako magkababy.
Last mens ko dec2014 pa. Deadma lang sken kung di ako datnan, parang wala lang. Pero ngayon, medyo matagal na naman. Nagpplan ulit ako magpacheckup dis month. Sa ibang OB naman, for 2nd opinion na din.

Natatanggal ba [textspeak!] PCOS? possible ba yun? TIA.

same here Sis! I'm also 24, diagnosed with PCOS when i was 21. tamad rin ako magpacheck up kasi parang hindi naman nawawala yung cysts ko. Dati sinusunod ko yung take ng pills, tapos nakailang TVU na ko, pero polycystic pa rin. This year, tinamad na talaga ako mag pills and mag punta ng OB.

almost 4 months na walang AF dumating na rin sa wakas last week pero since wednesday may back pain naman hayz busy lang sa work kasi month end pero need ko na ipa check to

Hello mga sis! I was diagnosed with PCOS nung January 2014 pero hindi muna ako nagtry ng mga prinescribe ng doctor sakin. Kasi 23 pa lang naman ako noon so bata pa ako talaga nun. Pero before I turned 24, month of June, sabi ko sige na nga iinom na ako ng mga gamot para na din pumayat ako kasi sobrang tumaba talaga ako sa PCOS ko eh. Tsaka ikakasal na din ako. Ayun after 1 month of taking Metformin, Big Fat Positive agad ako and am now on my 4th month of pregnancy.  Good Luck mga sis!
