Solo trip ako CDO-Bukidnon-Camiguin on Nov. 26-29. Anyone else has the same travel dates?

May masasuggest ba kayong tour package na okay? Tinatamad ako mag DIY. Lol tinext ko din si kuya Teddy sa number niya previously posted here, wala pang response. Sana meron akong group na pwede salihan ng tour. Feeling ko kasi sobra akong mapapagod kung puro DIY ako mag isa though sanay naman ako sa solo travel haha.

Sis pretty bb, way back 2011, his cottages are so OK na so I'm guessing 'mas' ok ngayon since I heard dumami din the cottages. By the way hindi ito yung bahay kubo style ha, modern na sin sya. Parang syang mini apartment. tiled flooring and clean.

Ohcmon, you can ask kuya teddy to help you find a group that u can join. He's very helpful naman eh. And for me sa camiguin tour better kung makajoin ka sa ibang group kasi mas sulit.

hi sis ohcmon! we'll be there nov28-30 naman. hehe. balak namin 29 kami sa camiguin. i pm-ed kuya teddy sa fb last night pa. hindi man lang ako sineenzone. bwahaha. we are also planning na magjoin sa group kasi 3 girls lang kami. to meet new friends din. haha.

Pretty b, ok din paras beach resort. We stayed there the first time i went to camiguin, around 2009 pa nga lang. Yung kila kuya teddy near lang din sa paras.

Ohcmon, hmmm suplado na si kuya teddy! I guess dami na nya clients din since sya sikat sa blogs and threads like this. Oo dami pa naman iba. Pag baba nga ng pier sangkatutak din ang nagaabang na operators same price with kuya teddy o rlower pa nga.

Hi sis! nov28, mag WWR kami sa hapon. 9am kasi dating namin sa CDO kaya sinuggest ng red rafts nasa afternoon nalang kami.

hi sis! because of super low rate ni kuya teddy (well, for us) yung cottages nalang nya kami magstay. budget trip lang naman din kami. natry nyo na sa cottages nya? how was it? hehe. tulugan lang talaga? hehe.

okay naman kausap si kuya teddy sis. better call him nalang. kasi yung pm ko sakanya sa fb, kahit seenzone wala eh. haha. ang busy daw nya kasi. bwaha. after i called him, nagrereply naman sya sa text. hehe.

^sis ganda naman cottages nya, considering na dati pa yun (4 years ago) sabi nung friend ko na nag camiguin last 2014 dumami na daw cottages ni kuya tedy. Dati kasi 2 lang yun na tig 4 persons kasya. Fully furnished sya (during my visit). 2 double beds and may cr. Clean basic and simple. Not the type na sawali or bahay kubo. Tiled flooring naman tapos may terrace pa. Good deal na din sa sobrang mura ng rate nya dati. 500 lang yata bayad naming with complete tour and breakfast.

^okay sis. sana walang prob sa cottages nya hehe. binigay nya samin na 1200/pax with tour and accom na eh,. namurahan na kami kaya dinrop na namin ang paras. hehe. hopefully, maging maayos ang tour namin with him.

we've enjoyed our tour Nov 6-10 CDO-Iligan-Camiguin

kasama ko yung 2 seniors and di naman sila nahirapan. We went to Ma. Christina Falls, Tinago Falls (must see pero pic taking lang kami) then St Michael Church. We were glad na it was Saturday so we attended mass sa Divine Mercy Shrine. Hindi na lang kami umakyat sa heart shrine kasi baka mahilo ang mga oldies.

we stayed in CDO for 3 nights at enjoy sila kasi nakakapag-ikot sila sa Limketkai And walking distance lang ang Fully Booked at SB! haha..

In Camiguin, it was a good weather though umulan nang malakas nung nasa Ardent Spring na kami. Nakapaghot springs sila and kinabukasan diresto White Island. Try to drop by sa Tuasan Falls, mas maganda sa Katibawasan Falls.

It is my 3rd time now in CDO-Camiguin and so far we're slowly doing a DIY like from airport to hotel, Agora-balingoan and balingoan-agora-airport. Masyado lang maraming road contructions kaya minsan traffic going to airport.

Sisses, push ko na solo trip ko on Nov. 26-29. Alin ba dito sa dalawang itis ang mas feasible?

26 - ETA 11:25 AM, go straight to Camiguin, aabutan ko pa kaya ang sunset sa White Island?
27 - Whole day tour, catch last trip back to Balingoan, travel to CDO
28 - Dahilayan tour, CDO/Divisoria
29 - ETD 11:50 AM

ORRRR

26 - ETA 11:25 AM, check in CDO, travel to Dahilayan
27 - Leave early for Camiguin, 1/2 day tour
28 - 1/2 day tour, go back to CDO, ikot ikot/divisoria
29 - ETD 11:50 AM

Gusto ko rin sana mag WWR pero di ko alam san ko isisingit unless I go to the airport early on the day of my departure tapos mag chance passenger ako.

^if you want to experience WWR search for Red Rafts or Kagay fanpage. I suggest to go for advanced rafting kahit wala kang experience pa. enjoy kasi ang advanced kaysa sa beginners. I suggest this IT:

26 - 11:25 ETA travel 1hr to CDO then join WWR sa afternnon advanced group. Just ask the guide kung pwede ka pa umabot. check-in sa CDO hotel
27 - travel to Dahilayan (zipline!!!) then catch last trip to Camiguin. In between CDO-Bukidnon kasi yung Balingoan port check-in sa Camiguin
28 - White Island (mas maganda ang morning ride) and whole day tour sa Camiguin. travel back to CDO or stay another night
29 - explore CDO or attend mass sa Divine Mercy Shrine (8am mass). then ETD.

^ Thanks sis. From Dahilayan, how do I go to Balingoan? Hehe saka if ever dala ko na yung duffel bag ko, san ko siya pwede iwan if ever?

^any puv going to CDO from Butuan, Bukidnon, etc daraan sa Balingoan port. just ask na lang po sa konduktor. btw, check the roro sched po pala. 2 weeks ago may waiting time dahil sa ginagawang barko ng ilang shipping lines.

may locker sa Dahilayan kapag nag-avail ka na po ng ticket. not sure kapag malaki yung bag pero secure naman yung place.

Napush ko na 'yung solo trip ko dito nung weekend, yay. Mag-Iligan sana ako nung second to the last day kaso umulan when I went to Bukidnon on my first day kaya bumalik na lang ako dun para lang mag dropzone. I wanted to die.

Super bait ng nakuha kong guide sa Bukidnon. Contacted the famous kuya Bibot tapos his cousin, kuya Tata 'yung nagtour sa akin. Naawa si kuya kasi umulan, he offered for me to come back the next day tapos sagot ko na lang gas ng motor niya, 'wag ko na daw bayaran 'yung service. Para lang daw hindi masira 'yung bakasyon ko. Super thankful.

Stayed in Rich Manor. P545 for single standard room with own toilet, AC and TV. Sulit siya for the price, malapit lang sa Centrio at madaming dumadaan na motorela. Hindi lang masyado friendly the staff but for the price I really can't complain. Malapit siya sa lahat, daming restaurants/bars nearby. Free pickup din sila sa LAX shuttle to the airport.

I had my period so nag-daytrip lang ako sa Camiguin para chill na lang ako on my second to the last day. Met two locals sa Lifestyle District on my first night, naging pubcrawl ang peg. Met in Junno's, lipat sa Gastro Pub, then Somewhere Else. They also let me taste the bulalo in Terrazzo and sobrang sarap, heartstopping nga. Literally.

Those looking for a really cheap place to stay in CDO, try nyo Nature's Pensionne House along T. Chavez St. sa Plaza Divisoria area (near Xavier Univ). My sister and I stayed there last Dec. 2015, we got the room good for 3 for Php720/24 hours. Per hour ang rate nila at Php60/hr, minimum of Php180. Pag 24hrs stay, may 50% off, kaya 720 na lang. Nag-walk in lang kami dito kase my booking through HotelQuickly fell through, and ito na yung pinakamalapit na cheapo inn

Very convenient yung location - daming kainan around, 'rela ride away lang yung major malls and 30min jeepney ride away from the bus terminal); yung room malinis (don't expect to have a 3-star-looking room tho); may TV, shower, sobrang lamig ng aircon sa room namin, and ok naman yung staff. We haven't asked them if they arrange tours, pero I saw a couple of flyers sa front desk - I bet they'd be willing to assist their guests should the need arise

Has anyone experienced going to CDO and surrounding provinces during October?

Was able to get low airfares kasi for 4D/3N and I wonder if i-pack ko ba with activities (Iligan-Bukidnon-Camiguin-CDO) or scrap Iligan (Ma. Cristina Falls and Tinago Falls) from the itinerary to leave room for some slack in our schedule in case of rain, flight delays and such? TIA!
