Hieveryone,this is Daddy JM posting for my wife. We have a 4yrs. old daughter with ASD and we are both trying our very best in this overwhelming and super stressful situation that we are in. In my on going research I came across this DAN protocol or Biomedical approach to ASD which looks very promising. The question is why is it not being talked about that much and where can we get more info if we would like to try it? TIA

I just want to ask if anyone of you tried the Reliv Now for Kids milk? I saw a lot of testimonies in FB that this milk helps improve kids' health physically and mentally. The seller of this milk claims that this is BFAD registered and actually works. I want to try this but I just want to get feedback from this group. I plan on consulting my son's Pedia if this is safe to drink.

ito gamit namin ngayon for my son. Naka  3 months na siya, so far ok naman gumanda ang complexion niya. Ang sa amin lang naman kasi walang proper nutrition son ko kasi sobrang picky eater at sensitive niya sa smell at texture ng food. May dalawang flavor ang relive: vanilla and chocolate.

I've been researching alot about this disability and I found out about the link with vaccines and austism. I'm a member of an FB autism group and we discuss and share info about vaccine related injuries.

By the way mga sissies, may na witness akong gulo sa isang children's playground sa megamall. Nag rereklamo yung isang nanay ng batang babae kasi hinawakan daw sa pwet nung batang lalaki(around 7-8 yrs old). Yung batang lalaki ay special child pala may autism siya. Sobrang nagwala yung nanay at tatay ng batang babae kasi inexcusable daw yung ginawa ng batang lalake sa pag hawak ng pwet ng anak nila, nagsisigawan na yung dalawang parents hangga't may threat na na kakasuhan daw yung batang lalaki. Sabi nung lola ng special child pinagsosorry na daw niya yung apo niya pero nga hindi maka hingi ng dispensa ng maayos kasi hindi pa nakaka express o salita ng maayos yung bata. Pero sige pa rin yung dalawang parents sa pag threat.

Has anyone read the book  The Reason I Jump by Naoki Higashida?  I love it and found it very helpful in understanding autism.

My kid goes to Kids in Motion Therapy Center in  Jecoprime Bldg Taguig for OT/ST. My kid was diagnosed with ASD at 3. Right now, ang laki ng improvement ng anak ko.  And I'm very thankful sa Kids in Motion.

My mom was against the therapy before, she was saying na bata pa naman anak mo, magma-mature din yan. I didn't take the chance of hoping na magmamature ang kid ko without therapy.  Although ang MAHAL (super!!!) ng therapy, it was worth it.

@yelle terrible no. it doesn't mean anything to the boy with ASD, kahit magalit pa sila at mag threat ng kung ano ano. some parents just don't get it because they have normal kids. I hope they'd get it that we try to take our kids out because we want them to experience the outside world just like everyone because it helps in their development. kahit pa it means the parents had to endure the ignorant look of a lot people, specially when the kid throw a fit. a little bit of understanding, no harm intended naman. anyway, that's reality. can't change it.

^^My son does not have autism but he has down syndrome and I get it. We want to promote inclusion for all people with disabilities. It is sad that people with typical children turn a blind eye. Porket hindi sila part nun eh parang ayaw na nila intindihin.
