am currently talking to an agent na about Sunlife Maxilink Prime, well email kase i'm overseas and she's about to send me the proposal na. according to the agent since i'm overseas, there are certain limitations as to riders/additional benefits of the plan. so check ko pa talaga if ok and reasonable naman.

my god! this is expensive! what's the point of paying it for a lifetime, 500k lang ang coverage. better save your 12k/yr at mas malaki pa maitatabi mo than 500k.  kaso nga, pag may nangyari sa iyo, yun lang nga ang risk. anyway, this is not a good proposal. hanap ka ng ibang company. I have always liked sunlife proposals over other life insurance companies.

face amount lang yung 500K, so wala pa diyan yung projected fund value (kasi variable life product siya). then its technically a "lifetime" payment, but, after just a few years, the fund value is already enough to pay for the premiums "lifetime". aka self-support payment. i just gave the conservative info. IMHO, i think its still a good proposal (depending on the needs of the client).  ;)

meron pa ba ditong may info coming from other companies? maybe you can also share kung magkano premium nila for this coverage. in that way, we can exchange notes and learn from each other. thanks.

agree din sis..kaya mas ok din for me na fixed years or able to support na kesa magdepend on the fund value kasi pag VUL maganda talaga yun  for investors but if for insurance coverage mas ok yung traditional products , just my two cents :)

question mga sis, pardon my ignorance :) if you outlive the insurance coverage say till age 88 yun insurance then you turn 89 years old, you will get the full fund ba? or thank you na lang yun? :D

sana nga may mag-input ng proposals ng ibang companies or dun sa mga meron na para we can compare. sa sunlife pa lang ako ng inquire eh sana meron din for philam or manulife.

Can anyone give me a quote for the premium per annum here for Sun Life. I would just like to know kung abot-kamay ng budget ko... max is 36k per year ang pwede ko lang kasing i-allot sa life insurance.

Age: 21 years old
Gender: Female, non-smoker
Sum assured: 1,000,000 and 500,000
Riders: no riders (from my understanding, yung critical illness, accidental death, hospital income, and total disability are already included in the product?)
Number of years to pay: 5 years
What kind of plan retirement or life insurance?: Sun Life Protector Plus

Thank you very much.
