we own a bakery before and napansin ko isang secret para sa success ng bakery eh yung "panadero" mismo (if hindi ikaw ang personal baker ha).. based on our experiences, depende sa panadero talaga ang success ng bakery mo. kasi we had 3 bakers yata na papalit-palit kasi may feedbacks sa mga buyer namin na kesyo ang bread nyo eh matigas or ang pandesal pag lumamig na puwede na ipambato  ;D.. or minsan puro hangin daw.. so dapat magaling talaga ang panadero at hindi madaya.

and also, aside from breads, we sell pansit, spaghetti at lugaw on the side.. yung mga nakabalot na kasi yung iba binabaon nila sa office or school.. malaki din ang kita..

I am really interested in putting up a bakery in our place, kaunti lang ang tao sa subdivision namin pero I am thinking of doing a marketing strategy like one of our sisses suggested here to hire potpot boys to roam around in our subdivision and other subdivision as well.

Mag enroll ako sa baking class (basa sa Tesda). Please give your inputs pa mga sisses. Thank you!

hindi lang sa panadero ang secret. nasa ingredients din. dapat gumamit ng mga functional ingredients at mastandardize para kahit magpapalit palit ka pa ng panadero

any updates here? I am planning to put up my own panaderya/bakery store. But a lot of people (especially family/relatives) keep on saying mahirap mahirap, baka malugi mahal ang kasangkapan, kuryente, pataas ng pataas presyo ng flour, yung panaderya dyan sa kanto nagsara na yung isa pasara pa, etc.... which is hindi ko magets kase hindi ba ang pinoy mahilig sa pandesal? pakiramdam ko kahit pandesal lang ibebenta ko mabebenta pa din.

for those who have started and are now in this business paano po ba talaga?
I am planning kase na I will be doing my own baking. Para bang one-man team muna. Hindi pa actually plantsado ang lahat, alam ko madami pa akong aayusin and all that details. What are the points to consider ba in this business?

Bakery is a sound business.

The usual reason for them closing is not managing the business side well.

So if you really want to pursue this, go ahead.
Never mind all the negative talk.... These are
mostly from people who haven't been in business,
or have never been successful in business.

We used to have a bakery, and it's an ok business.

Is it true sis na para ka daw 24hrs na working sa bakery/panaderya? since you have to already be baking the bread super super early in the morning, then all throughout the day, you have to sell, still bake, talk with suppliers or delivery and then sa gabi compute compute at budget naman. May I also ask the reason why "you used to have a bakery" nag close down kayo?

Lumipat kasi kami, and ninakawan kami nung katiwala ni mama.
So binenta na lang namin mga equipment, at wala nang mag-aasikaso,
Iba kasi business na gusto ko that time...

Sa work, yes, you need a lot of people since medyo 24 hour business
ang bakery. From 3am pinaka latest na magstart ng bake, though 1 am
ang pinaka maganda para kahit yung mga early birds makakabili ng
freshly baked pandesal :-)

Kung small operation hindi naman ganun, 3am is ok then the rest of
the day benta.

eto talaga ang business na gusto ko from the start kasi super hilig ko talaga sa bread..kaya nga ngayon nagstart muna ako sa pag sell ng cheese which was really good sa mga may bakery business...so far okey naman ang bentahan ng cheese ko kasi a lot of my clients ay mga owners ng pizza parlor and even bakery business na pinapangarap naten...

dito muna ko mga sis mag start sa Cheese business ko before ko mareach yung dreams ko na magkaron ng sariling bakery..keber sa mga negatibo jan, as long as you have the guts and the power to learn and succeed..gora lang mga sis..... :) :) :)
