Does anyone know how much ang rate sa Edsa shrine? and any suggestion na resto near probably sa galeria lang na pwedeng reception?? January kasi ang plan naming pabinyagan si baby.. TIA

Here's my sort of ratings from my daughter's dedication last nov 10. It was an intimate affair 30 guests lang and 2 godparents. She will have her baptismal naman this dec 23at ctk.

Church- no fee. She had her  dedication at our church lead by our pastor. It was very personalized and everybody enjoyed the sermon. Worth it ang 30 mins. hehe. I should have opted to decorate the stage though para mas maganda ang photo ops.

Reception - Max's antipolo -15k standard package. We only got the standard package good for 30 pax and i must say super sulit na sha. They have baptismal package kasi na parang all-in na that's why i did not worry about decorating the place. We chose pink, white and purple as colors ng balloon. Set up na lahat when we arrived. Super dami ng food. Sakto sa 30 or lumampas pa yata but still ang dami pa ring natirang food. Mabilis din ang service nila. May free souvenir din na cookies, bassinet for the baby and gift din for her --reeiving blanket yata. Ang pinaka hassle lang is when you want to hav your own cake. Additional 500 for the corkage fee. Since ours did not come with cake, i orderedone from the goldilocks celebration cakes. One tip lang mga sis, if you know anybody working in max's, they have this referral card na 5% discount on your final bill. Sayang din yun.

Invites - comes with max's package. I just bought additional invites from national bookstore for the godparents and for our pastor.

Cake- goldilocks baptismal cake. The 8 x 10 size ba yun. All for 800 php. We served it during the reception and may take out pa rin kami.

Souvenir - 1,500 for 20 pcs ceramic shoes with baby with sinamay packaging. Bought this in divisoria. Kakaloka nga since i did notknow na mas makakamura ako had i scouted the streets of tabora. Parang namahalan ako sa 75 pesos per piece. Though maganda naman and pwede talagang pan display.

Baby's outfit sa church - 250 php. Bought this also on divisoria. Cute ng design and it kay baby. Shoes around 350 php bought sa rustans.

Baby's reception outfit-450 php. Gift ng mom ko. We want a comfy dress kasi so change outfit si baby. Shoes bought din sa rustans around 350 php din. Colo red ang cute pwede pang gamitin pag umaalis kami.

I'll be posting my ratings in aftermy daughter's baptismal this dec 23. Mas marami na akong inputs that time.

Me question ako.. Pag kumuha ka ng services ng photobooth or photo/video services, panu [textspeak!] pagkain ng staff? Do you order separate for them (kung restaurant ang venue at ang bayad e per head) or sila na bahala sa pagkain nila? Sorry i'm clueless

Hi mga mamas! May idea ba kayo kung paano reservation sa San Agustin Church? Gusto kasi namin duon. And if ever, may alam din ba kayong location na bare (Kami na mag design & cater) near it? Salamat! First baby kasi namin ito kaya wala pang idea.

punta ka lang sa office nila for reservation. bring the requirements needed. i forget how much. nung nagpabinyag kami and we listed 6 pairs of godparents, 900 ang binayaran namin. walang seminar na aattendan. you will have to provide your own candles or bu ka na lang sa office.

for venue, isang tumbling lang ang casa manila patio, teatrillo and casa blanca.

may nagbibinyag pa kaya ng palm sunday na? may nakatry na ba magpabinyag sa church beside moa? magkano po kaya ang special saturday binyag dun?

I am new in this thread... It was last December 12, 2012 when we first learned that I am pregnant with our first baby. This is a highly anticipated pregnancy kasi it took us three years before kami nakabuo and all the while we thought na di na possible. I am on my 8th week already and I had two ultrasounds and all my labworks are good. I used to be an events coordinator for weddings and did most of the wedding preps doing DIYS so I am pretty much psyched planning for the baby. At this early I am too excited for my maternity shoot, baby shower and the baptismal. I already shortlisted the churches and reception venue. Hope to hear feedbacks from all of you....

Hi Sis, had my daughter's baptism at San Agustin last year. Called them and upon reservation, paid the baptism fee of PHP2K for special baptismal (saturday) kase yun and reception held at maxs na. regarding yun bare? pwede yata sa Baluarte de San Diego sis. Goodluck!

Ok lang po yun, hind naman kailangan ng paramihan ng ninong at ninang.sabi nga dati ng priest sa amin parang ginagawa ng negosyo ang binyag,mas maraming pares ng ninong at ninang mas maraming pakimkim, pero sa baptismal certificate naman first 2 pairs lang ang nakasulat.importante alam nila ang roles nila as godparents

kami 6 pairs lang. these are people that i trust na malalapitan ng anak ko.

I think its not with the quantity of ninongs/ninangs but with the quality... my husband and I are planning to have ten pairs which are mostly cousins and close friends namin...tipid ka na kasi otherwise invited naman talaga sila plus sila na din ang mga ninongs at ninangs....
