Im preparingbfor my baby's baptism. Sinabay ko na lang din sa 3rd bday ng kuya nya. Only one monthprep. Wala pa ako giveaways and lahat puro ideas palang

^no concrete rule. If you're mapahiin, agad agad. Others are more practical and would do it kasabay ng 1st bday. My eldest was baptized when she was a little over 2 mos. my son a little over 3 mos. with my bunso, if sasabay sa bday ng son namin, she'll be around 2 mos then

^^ yup sis, it would really depend sainyo kung kailan ang binyag. sa side ko, less than a month dapat. sa side ni hubby (though he's chinese) 2months old. in some chinese and other ways to be practical tama sis hunny_ally, sabay sa 1st year ng baby.

in our case, eldest ko 1.5mos, sa second ko sinabay ko sa 3rd bday ng eldest and bday ng dad nila,almost 2 months sya nun, and ngayon sa bunso ko isasabay ko din sa 3rd bday ng 2nd child ko, he will be 1month 20days old by then...

hi mga sis, ask ko lang kung required ang sumbrero ng baby sa binyag? ang plano ko kasi headband sana ang suot ng baby ko sa binyag kaya lang sabi ni MIL bili din daw ng hat kasi baka hanapin sa church.

^ yup sis, required sya. actually, as per experience sa mga ibang church na napuntahan ko. mas strict pa sila w/ the WHITE sombrero or at least WHITE na lampin, kesa sa damit ng baby.

hi mga sis, ask ko lang kung required ang sumbrero ng baby sa binyag? ang plano ko kasi headband sana ang suot ng baby ko sa binyag kaya lang sabi ni MIL bili din daw ng hat kasi baka hanapin sa church.

si baby ko walang white na hat or white cloth though white naman ang suot nya (longsleeves) ok na din kay father yun... depende yata. tanong mo muna sa church nyo.

Hi good morning sa inyong lahat! is there a church that doesn't require any seminar prior to the baptism? I find this redundant kasi 4th baby ko na and may seminar pa rin, tsaka nahihirapan ako maghanap ng godparents na pwede magsacrifice ng 1/2 of their saturday just to attend a seminar.

but I talked to my parish today, they don't give out letter of authorization for any of their parishioners to be baptized anywhere else so no choice talaga

Hi good morning sa inyong lahat! is there a church that doesn't require any seminar prior to the baptism? I find this redundant kasi 4th baby ko na and may seminar pa rin, tsaka nahihirapan ako maghanap ng godparents na pwede magsacrifice ng 1/2 of their saturday just to attend a seminar.

Hi sis mom.of.inchikoy, thanks for the reply pero I found out that strict yung parish namin they don't give a letter of authority to have their parishioners baptized in another parish. 

no choice but to comply...

Both of my kids were baptized in Christ the King Church in Greenmeadows (both mass baptism) and we were not required to do attend any seminar. For our 3rd child, we will still do it at CTK but we might opt for a solo baptism. Paano na priest who officiated the baptism of our 2nd child ang bilis bilis magsalita. Sabi ng husband ko parang nag drive thru Lang saw kami.
