6years ago sa PoochPark ako nagstart pero nadala ako nung nasugatan yung dog ko pero the owner apologized for it and offered something in return considering also na isa ako sa unang clients nila before they expanded pero syempre nadala nako kaya nagscout ako ng bago

found Aromapet Dog Spa they offer pick up service which is more convenient plus hands on din si owner so anytime na may reklamo madali mo sya malalapitan, until now client kame nito

other options kapag close sila Chairo Pink sa Tiendesitas ok din sila gumawa

haay... we went to jbl along retiro for haircut ng furbabies ko. naku pag uwi namin ang dami na nila take home na alaga. kamot ng kamot. im sure wala naman yun nung pumunta kami. nakakainis lang kasi kawawa mga babies ko. last night i bathe them again with flea and tick shampoo medyo madami pa din and may maliit pa. we will never go back to that place.

naisip ko pano kaya pa prevent ang transfer ng ticks and fleas from one dog to another sa mga grooming salon. kawawa naman kasi yung mga ibang dogs. napansin ko kasi dun sa pinag groom namin yung mga razor dercho lang gamit from one dog to another wala linis linis and yung mga nagupit na hair nandun lang din sa area kaya high ang probability na talaga makakuha ng mga alaga. san kaya ang okay na grooming salon.

that only means hindi sila hygienic sa place. hanap kana ibang salon sis mahirap alisin ang fleas kasi once magkaron they tend to fall sa mismong bahay natin so babalik at babalik sila.

i highly suggest aromapet dog spa sa qc talaga

^ You can try king pet alley along e. rodriguez siya.  The owner is a vet, pero a different vet is handling the place.  It's kind of new so hindi din super daming tao.

Surprisingly, hindi ok ang experience ko sa Purple Groom. I had high expectations dito kasi overly-hyped sila with rave reviews pa online. I initially wanted a puppy cut for my tzu pero sabi agad nung attendant, di daw pwede, kalbuhin na daw dapat kasi mabuhol na yung legs. Personally I thought na di kelangan kalbuhin cos di naman ganun kadami yun buhol and yung previous grooming salons nagawan nila ng paraan. Anyway, ginamitan ako ng pa-guilty tactics ng attendant, kawawa daw kung di ko papakalbo... so I gave in.

Then they insisted na instead of waiting, itetext nalang nila ako pag tapos  na. I said, hihintayin ko nalang kasi sobrang kabado talaga yung dog ko pag di ako nakikita. Ilang beses pinilit sakin na itext nalang ako at gumala muna ako.But, I stayed and saw how they handled my dogs and other dogs too. Daming nag-iiyakan na dogs, nakakaawa. Yung akin din naka-ilang iyak.They weren't gentle/comforting enough, imo.

After the grooming I requested na lagyan ng ribbon yung dog ko kasi nakaka depress talaga [textspeak!] hitsura, parang ibang aso! Medyo nabugnot yung groomer kasi parang naha hassle ata siya lagyan dahil binear-cut nya yun ears. I was looking through the glass window while they were having a convo, and the same attendant (yung pinapaalis ako at itext nalang daw ako) rudely told the groomer "Lagay mo nalang sa buntot" as if mocking me. Akala niya di ko narinig. But I was able to read her lips! Grabe, na offend ako sa dila ng babaeng yon! But, seeing that the groomer eventually exerted effort at nailagay yung ribbon, I just let it slide.

The cut was depressing, to say the least. But atleast my dog's clean, right? Well, when I got home and thoroughly checked my dog's ears and anus, yung ears niya andami pa ding hair sa loob, konti lang yung nabawas, then [textspeak!] pwet, not as clean as how my previous groomers do it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt na baka pro skills lang sila kaya mabilis nilang natapos i groom yung dog ko, but obviously, it wasn't the case. Minadali talaga nila ang trabaho! Hayyy I was so disappointed with Purple Groom- Tiendesitas branch. Maybe I got there gabi na kasi, and weekend pa so medyo pagod na yung groomers at ang dami din nilang clients, but still. Bottom line is, they didn't deliver. Bastos pa nung girl employee. So, worst grooming salon i've been to ito para sakin,

sis glacy jbl yun name ng grooming saloon. i do not know what it means. hehe. haay ang hirap humanap ng maayos na grooming saloon. dati sa may fury tails kami sa sm north nagpa groom. okay naman sila wala sila nauwi na souvenir kaya lang sabi ni husband ayaw niya na dun kasi parang na stress mga babies namin eh. nakakaawa, nung dumating kami para kunin sila i saw na tinitignan nila lahat ng dumadaan and pumapasok siguro they are hoping na kami na yun.

sana we can find a better grooming saloon for my babies. any recom somewhere near retiro banawe area?

@sis enilec,i experienced the same thing too pero sa ibang grooming shop naman. nakakapang init ng ulo. dapat maalaga sila sa aso dahil mattrauma rin naman sila. hays.

sa pooch park kami non. sa alimall. will never go back there.

sis, have u tried The Dog Spa? malapit lang sila sa security bank. twice na yong baby ko dun at satisfied ako lagi kasi sinusunod nila kung ano instructions ko

Same here. Never going back to pooch park (ali mall).


Swerte kami panay short hair lang dogs namin. Mejo low maintenance. Ngayon, kami nalang nag-gu-groom sa kanila.

It took as a while to muster enough courage to trim their nails. They hate that. Pero mas ok na sa bahay kasi nato-trauma sila sa mga groomers.

mas ok na yun. i remembered, they were very noisy inside the grooming area.they're not calm. medyo importante sakin yon kasi para gayahin ng aso ko ang energy ng groomer. tapos sobra pa makahila sa buhok ng aso ko. halata kong nasasaktan na siya kasi kinakagat niya na talaga yung kamay! nung nasa the dog spa kami, di nya ginawa yun. at nung bumalik kami sa dog spa retiro for his next grooming a month after dahil di maayos ang gupit nila, di naman niya kinagat [textspeak!] groomer dun.

^ yun nga sis. Just imagine how they will handle your pets when the owners are not around watching.

Kung nandun nga yung owners eh mejo harsh sila, eh lalo na pag iniiwan lang yung pets sa kanila and kini-claim nalang after.

Meron akong nakita halos masakal yung aso habang shina-shampoo. Grrr!



So never ever leave your pets with the groomers. Antayin nyo kasi kawawa sila pag iniiwan... And if walang option, please inspect your pets before leaving the groomers.

couldn't agree more sis twelve5. ayoko talagang iiwan alaga ko. bahala sila mapagod sa kakatayo ko at kakatingin sa kanila.

New pet parent here, I brought my furbaby at aromapet, so far so good. My friend recommended Pendragon Vet, ok din, I asked for Dra. Valera, she is super nice, professional and knows what she is doing. She handled my furbaby very well.

If you are going to bring your furkids to pet express cubao, please do not leave them when being groomed. I felt really sad when I saw how one of the groomers handled the shihtzu and the cat (on two different ocassion). On the shihtzu, he kept pulling the baby's hair, combing carelessly, and tinamaan niya yung mata nung shihtzu. With the cat, he shouted "umayos ka" at least thrice and kept pulling also.

First time I was there when my friend's pom availed of their bathing service (Php200), 2nd, when I had my furbaby's nail trimmed  because I had no choice at the time. If you really need to go to pet express cubao for grooming, just do not leave your babies unattended please.
