^ yes sis meron nga airport pero deym, it costs 6k/way. so that would be 24k for airfare alone (me and hubby). pass nalang hehe! parang nag-hongkong ka na non eh hehe.

^ direct flight un sis from manila - el nido mismo not puerto prinsesa. Un ang fastest way to get there sa el nido. I read seair has 3 flughts weekly but i checked their site wala ako mkta to elnido not sure if updated b yung mga sites n ntingnan ko u may try calling them up i bet its cheaper if seair compared sa ITI (the company operating na 6k/way). Pero pwede din naman travel manila-puerto-elnido but itll be a 8-hr long drive from pps to elnido. Fare costs around 200up. Meron din mga barko ganun din mtgl dn travel and yung ticket mahal din 1k+ .

If u want tipid i suggest wag ka nlng direct like puerto muna before elnido. Try mo stay there kahit 1 night pra naman mamaximize mo ticket mo to pps.

Or if ayaw mo masayang yung time mo then cgro kht papunta magdurect flight ka na then pauwi ska ka magtipid hehe.

Ako d ko kc majustify gumastos ng ganun sa ticket whenever i think na pwede na akong mkarating sa ibang bansa like hk, bangkok, etc. sa halagang 6k which is roundtrip na

return airfare to pps is around 3k. tyempuhan mo na lang ang mga promo ng cebu pac.
then by land pps to el nido. max 6hrs ang byahe minsan kaya ng 5 1/2 hrs. fare is 700php per way.

I tried researching for anything specific about El Nido Resorts pero was unsuccessful kasi most of the time El Nido town and island hopping ang meron. =/ So I decided to make this thread so we can share about our experiences and tips sa 4 resorts na to ng El Nido. In my case wala ako nakita na masyado na tips dito sa GT for our trip to Apulit Island.

Anyway, share your tips and experiences here. Just arrived from Apulit Island and I must say nice yung place lalo na accommodation. Hindi ganun ka ganda beach front pero they have nice pool and mag island hopping naman. Love the water cottage. Food is not very good pero okay lang. Staff is very friendly as well.

Who here have been to Miniloc and Lagen? Hindi pa open ang Pangulasia, right?

^^ Sis, ok lang mag DIY tour kayo. Dun sa El Nido town proper, yung malapit na sa dagat ang daming nag-a-aarange ng island hopping tours dun. Kung 2 lang kayo, ihahanap nila kayo ng ibang makakasama that is kung ok lang sa inyo na may kasama kayo sa boat. In our experience, 3 lang kami nag El nido so sa 2 araw na nag island hopping kami, iba-ibang foreigners ang mga kasama namin. Ok naman kasi mababait naman yung mga nakasama namin at nice experience din na makakwentuhan sila while they share their own stories abt their countries, trips, etc.

Sa mga tours pinaka ok for me ang Tours A and C. Nung first day namin, combined tour A and B ang ginawa namin and we paid 1k per head, with lunch na yun. 2nd day naman is Tour C and i think 800 or 900 yata sya. Di na namin ginawa yung tour D kasi bukod sa kulang sa time, masyado na yata malayo yun then puro caves lang naman. If you will avail Tour C, try to ask them kung pwde sa Helicopter Island yung last stop para makapaligo kayo, ang ganda ng beach dun, pinong pino ang sand altho hindi super white pero malinis yung tubig. Dun kami super nag enjoy while playing with the waves hehe.. Hope this helps..

dream ko makapunta dito, caramoan, at pagudpud, tapos nito asian countries naman, magkano kaya sis  ?10k per head for 4 days ok na?di ko na isasama ang plane ticket, siguro from PPS to El nido lang na fare...ok na kaya yun mga sis?

^okay na yan 10k per head sis, di naman masyado expensive mga tours/island hopping. 700-1000 per tour i think. and halos whole day na yun kaya more or less 2 days lang kayo makakapasyal. Then lagi naman free breakfast sa hotels tapos yung lunch kasama na sa tour kaya mostly dinner lang sa labas ang gastos+pasalubong.

When we went here we tried magscuba diving and nakatawad kami ng 2kper dive (30-40mins) natakot ako nung una kasi first time pero super gandang experience once you get the hang of it. Gusto ko ulit ulitin

^^ 10k is more than enough kung di kasali ang airfare. I think nung time namin naka more or less 7k lang ako halos kasama pa yung van from PPS to El Nido and pabalik. Eto yung breakdown, 4d/3nights: (Nov., 2011 pa tong rates na to, idk if nag increase na ang van or yung rates ng hotels)

Ipil Lodge accomm (3 nights @900 each) - 2700
Tour A & C - 1,000
Tour C - 800
Gear rental (2 days) - 200
El Nido environmental fee (good for 10 days) - 100

In PPS, nag Baker's Hill pa kami, dun kami nag late lunch - 300, then pasalubong, naka 1.5k yata ako sa Cashew nuts at mga breads hehe. Malayo na ang mararating ng 10K, super enjoy na hehe. And i think mas may mura pang accommodation sa nakuha namin, hanap-hanap lang kayp, dami dun lalo na kung di naman peak season. Hope this helps.
