Hi sis, nakapili na ko... and got APEC. I knew a distant relative na may APEC and okay naman daw ang service.
She did not elaborate though pero yun nga, problem mo nalang daw talaga is umiyak dahil all was managed na
nung sa plan.

I got their fixed value.. fund sya. Kasi wala silang cremation plan puro traditional lang and ang lowest nila
is 30K payable for 5 years. Hmmm if may interested po sa inyo I can refer you sa agent na nag
accomodate sa akin.  Hes nice and can explain well the products.

Yes sis iba pa yun, when my father died, nagpurchase pa kami ng lote 45k, tapos worth 18 k iyong tawag na pahukay, hukay tapos may cemented box dun ilalagay tapos tables, chairs, tent at flower,kasama na lapida.

Sa St. Peter nagopen ako ng account last year. Pero memorial services lang ang kasama. 6k a year for 5 years.

Hi sis, yes kasama po ang Arlington sa QC.

I did get the 40K fixed value nalang instead of 30K. Fixed value sya meaning parang fund sya na
nag iipon until ma reach ang 40K.

Memorial services lang siya. Napili ko ito kasi wala silang cremation plan na package. kaya ito nalang.
Sample nung agent, kapag yung creamation at the time na gagamitin ko na is 20K ... may 20 pa diba.
Yung 20K pwedeng ibalik sa akin or gamitin ko for other sevices likes sa chapel expenses, etc.
Pag lampas naman sa 40K yung expenses, I'll add cash nalang din agad.

This is included on my list now. Last year my MIL died, and she didn't have memorial plan, but they did buy lot from Eternal Gardens, good thing we are able to process it, it was fully paid way back 1985 for only 5K. and now, that lot costs 200K yata, ang mahal. then yung sa memorial services, since ang st. peter, transferable siya, yung plan ng kapatid niya muna ginamit. we just upgraded the casket, we didn't have any problems at all. included na dun lahat , yung 4 days na burial and so on. mahal din pala ang chapel dun per day so sulit na sa plan.

hindi nga biro ang mamatayan, kasi ang laki ng gastos, so having memorial plan doesn't mean naman na gusto mo na gamitin, being ready lang kasi ang mahihirapan if ever yung mga maiiwan mo na mahal mo sa buhay.

Pasagot May 2 cremation products ang st. peter. St James cremation before viewing) which is 57, 500
and St. Jude  (cremation after viewing) is 82,500.

When my Lola died, I was forced to buy a fully paid memorial plan (prudential yata), buti mura pa rin yung nakuhanan ko, kasi yung may-ari gusto nya talaga mag-sell so parang old price ko pa nakuha, thru a family friend who's into buy & sell plans. It included Arlington in Araneta, dun ang wake. I paid 2,500 for autopsy to know cause of death kasi galing kaming house, di naman sya yung naka-confine and namatay sa hospital. I also paid for the cremation 25k. Also bought an urn for her.

Buti na rin at ok na yung Columbarium na nabili ko, can fit 4-8 urns. Fully paid and usable (constructed na)

Tapos ko na bayaran ang policy ko sa Manila Memorial. Yehey!

Now for the service, I'm wondering if it's really safe to invest in pre-need like St. Peter. I know na hindi sila monitored and insured ng PDIC. What if malugi sila, paano ibabalik sa ating mga policyholders ang pera? I'm still in my 20's, I got a long way to go. What if in 20 years malugi? Paano ang investment ko?

Hi mga sis, plan to get one na after getting insurance namin ni hubby and the kids. Want to be practical lang kasi. Siguro safe if memorial lot lang muna. Parang nakakatakot kasi [textspeak!] pre-need plans nowadays.

Included lahat from funeral services to creamation and other needs basta within the amount of
40K. Kapag lumampas na dun.. cash or direct ko na ilalabas.

last year kami nagstart magbayad ng husband ko sa loyola. 5 years to pay  around 3K ata, dalawa na kami doon. 150K ata ang cash value nito per person. hubby ko namili, over sa st. peter at paz i think.
