^ Sis I have a 2014 Accent na gas pero super tipid niya. Batangas-Nueva Ecija roundtrip I spent about 2k lang in gas, so syempre mas mura diesel.

Hi sisses, hope you can help. May ino-offer sa kin na chev spark 2012. I only have to pay the monthly 11.3k for around 32 months, no DP. 27k ang mileage. This will be my first car if ever and I still need to learn how to drive. I'll use it going to work (Makati) mg 2-3x a week if I have lots to bring then on weekends pag may errands lang or lakad. Di [textspeak!] ako nagmamadali magka car and di ko na-consider pa ang spark as my target car before. Should I get this or ipon na lang muna for the dp sa car na gusto ko? TIA.

^@abbeydasassy:

hmm, IMO, kung wala kayong masyadong alam sa car parts, better to buy brand new, iwas sakit ulo, hehe

sabi mo naman gusto nyong magDP ng malaki,go for bank finance, makakatipid talaga kayo, then pwede nyo pang babaan yun loan terms nyo, like 3yrs...ganon

Hi,

For those na may experience or may alam na tungkol sa car financing, please enlighten me.

We are getting a bnew vios by first week of nov. The dealer offered us with a very low discounted DP, and monthly would be around 15K for 5 yrs. This is for inhouse financing. If bank naman, there would be additional 10-15K on top of the discounted DP offered, and monthly would be the same for 5 yrs. Is this true? I have read that bank financing offers lower interest compated to inhouse financing. How come parehas lang daw ang monthly for both, for the same terms. We asked if may catch ba. Like any additional charges when we choose inhouse. They explained, the difference lang daw is that inhouse, the car will be under Toyota's name, and leasing lang and contract. Once the loan is paid off, transfer of name will then be processed. If sa bank financing naman, the car will automatically be under the buyer's name, once the loan is approved and everything else. Tama po ba yung diniscuss nya samin?

THank you.

^@_ilovepink_

^ thanks for the insight sis gorgeous_me

mukhang yung ORCR nga yung ibig nya sabihin.
I have tried loan calc sa bank. 20% DP would have 12K monthly for 5yrs. And monthly for 5 yrs does not match dun sa sinasabi nya na same lang ng 15K and monthly if inhouse or bank.
In other words, di talaga totoo yung discounted 20% DP nila since malaki pa rin and monthly mo (15K), compared sa bank which is actual 20% DP, 12K/mnth for 5 yrs? :(

^yup

ang cash out mo dito, 20%DP, 1st yr insurance, CM

or pwede mo ding taasan ang DP mo, or piliin mo yung short loan term

:)

^ you will pay for chattel mortgage pa rin unless your car agent include this in your freebie. fixed ang interest rate. in 2010, we got our loan at 7.5% (18 months term, 40% DP) then 2012, 9.5% (2 years, 20% DP). both with BPI.

ang daming sinabi e no, lol

^^^^thanks
we were approved with bank financing (PS & EW), and in-house (TFS). Although same lang ang AM, yun DP sa TFS is lower compared sa bank (due to chattel mortgage). Ano po ba possible na magiging problem namin if we go with inhouse financing? same monthly, freebie, lang naman po both bank & TFS.

Thank you.

Hi sisses! May question din ako. Kasi nagtry ako apply for car loan. Toyota Q.Ave yung nakausap ko na agent, sila nagpasa sa eastwest bank ng application and I got approved naman. For that application, I applied for a Vios. For example Wigo and Change ng Dealer but use the same approval from Eastwest Bank? hehe. sorry newbie lang po. Thanks in advance sa replies! :)

I just bought a car from one of the popular car brands through in-house financing. A few things I learned:

1. Car insurance is free only for the 1st year. Yung 2nd year onwards ikaw na magshshoulder. It's 28K per year, payable via PDC's for 6 months. Pero sabi ni in-house insurance bibigyan daw nya ako ng discount when that time comes. According to what I signed, you are obligated to have an in-house insurance with them for the entire loan duration. So ayun nagulat ako. Sabi sa document kung di ka papayag, they have the right to disqualify you from the free 1 year insurance. Since nandun ka na at ready na yung car, it would be a hassle to find a cheaper insurance company, mapipilitan ka na lang talaga i-sign.

2. In house financing is way expensive but convenient (19 point something percent). Sila na lahat kikilos for you. Okay na yun sa akin since ang hirap kaya maglakad ng mga documents lalo if you are working. I also think mas malaki ang chance maapprove because they have their ways. :) I don't think banks would allow that. In short, di sila mahigpit.

3. I paid 70K down payment pero yung sa document ng loan it only reflected 48K. Ibig  sabihin, komisyon yung 22K. Pero I do have a receipt na 70K binayad ko.

 4. I did not provide PDC's kasi I found out na the monthly payment will be via auto debit arrangement. I did not know about this until the last minute kasi may pinirmahan akong document stating that. Buti na lang okay sakin yun, it will be really convenient para di ko malilimutan at aasikasuhin since my pay goes to that account naman.

5. Prepare to sign a lot of times! I swear I must have signed my signature for like 80 to 100 times. Nakakaloka kasi I'm one of those na hindi consistent ang pirma. Haha!

We waited 5 hours. Grabe. Di ko alam if that's normal pero sabi ni SA it's because end of month daw and marami humabol sa November promo nila.

7. I caught my SA lying a couple of times. It takes patience and your own research para malaman ang totoo. In my case I tried my best pero in the end may mga namiss pa rin ako. Lalo na yung item number 1 above. Another was car availability. Ang daming palusot pero of course common sense would tell you komisyon nya siguro yung 22K na amount. I also wanted to pay using a manager's cheque pero she insisted after a lot of palusot that I pay in cash. Syempre nga naman, how will she get her commission immediately kung nakacheque.

Anyway, those are my experiences. Not sure if this will apply to others but sharing it in case it becomes helpful to you. 😊
