Had my PlanaForma around 9 this morning. It was really intense. Had fun. Staffs were accomodating. I love this workout. Worth every penny and every muscles. ftp://

is the P3000 one month unlimited promo for beginners still available? i'm very much interested in this. i'm just fixing my sched to accommodate this.

Yes, meron pa yun. Its quite expensive pero worth it sya. I suggest if you plan to enrol at newcomer ka do register sa 4x4 challenge to maximize your membship. 3k for newcomers meron pa.

i'm really interested in trying this out. how many intro classes should i take before i take beginner ones?

do i need to buy mat or other stuff before attending a class?

what is the usual attire?

i'll be alone, nakakahiya ba kung ako lang yung bago? i have 2 left feet, is it hard to follow the dance part?

No need to bring your yoga mat,sis. Bring a bottle of water though or you can opt to buy from them. For trial you can try 2 intro classes to familiarize yourself with the poses. Then if you're decided to enroll you can do beginners na. Yung dance part di naman as in dance talaga. You dont have to worry kahit mag isa mo lang instructors are accomodating and warm. Go na,sis!

^thank you! i went to the studio just to check it out. to check the workout attire of the people, to check the parking(although sa street lang ako nag-park), and to check how crowded it gets hehe. the receptionist said na ok lang naman daw na beginner's sa first timers, faster pace lang daw talaga compared to intro. medyo alanganin kasi the schedule of the intro for me, it's usually 9am-ish and then 1-2x a week lang.

i'm excited na! i think the only thing i need to purchase is a pair of skidless socks from them, i have workout attire from running naman. i'll probably join my first class by next week.

Wow,congrats! Okay naman beginner's sis. I started lang with intro last time to get the hang of it. Sis, favor tanungin mo naman yung cool down song na usually pineplay ni Mia or Van. Hahaha. Sabihan mo ako ha. LOL!  Gusto ko lang yung song na yon and nahiya ako to ask them about the title. LOL! Im missing plana na din kaso medyo di kayanin ng sched ko. Sayang naman if I enrol tapos di ako magregister sa challenge masayang ang monthly ko price is medyo expensive pa naman.

Sis, starting June 1st there's a notice na you cant park na outside the building yung along the road rules will be strictly implemented na daw na no parking dun otherwise matow ang car mo!

^currently they only have 1 studio, the one in fort. their next studio will be in QC by september.

ok lang yon. although i noticed na majority are fit na talaga, there are still quite a few who needs work. isa na 'ko dun, haha. nobody will mind you.

^ I know sis! Most of the girls who go to Plana are lean! Dyahe tumabi! I feel so huge behind these girls LOL. I think Plana works best if you intend to firm your muscles, toning. Especially if you have lost a lot of weight and more of maintainance na Lang.

^haha, kaya nga happy ako pag meron parang katulad ko(in size) sa class! at least i don't stand out much, joke lang, haha! but during class naman kanya-kanya na, you won't have time to notice other people din naman.

i currently alternate plana with running, once a week lang ako plana for the meantime. the muscle soreness goes away faster now, let's say i take plana monday night, by wednesday ok na. unlike the first time, weekend na yata ako naging ok, haha!

i think ok rin naman plana for losing weight. you get to build muscles kasi. more muscles = faster fat burning.

I tried Physique 57 DVD but I still think going to the studio will help me with the correct posture. I live in the midwest so going to NY is out of the way. I also don't think they have one closer to my place. I am glad that I am currently in the Philippines and that they will have a new studio in QC! I would really want to try it. I can't wait until September

I'm overweight! I really want to enroll in Plana Forma kaso nung nabasa ko dito na most of those who go there are already lean na, parang nahiya tuloy ako... Wala ba talaga masyadong overweight dun?

Don't be deceived by the looks. I'm overweight and decided to do plana forma. At first talaga, nakakailang since most of ladies there are slim. But like me, may mga nag-struggle din sa routine.

Pero teachers are the best and very helpful, specially teachers Julie, Celine and Ace. Though its a bit expensive, but its worth it for me since naging at ease talaga ako sa environment.

My body's average naman.  5'6, 125 lbs.  But I wanna tone up!
Thanks to  everyone's input, will definitely give this a try as soon as the rain stops! 
will try Crossfit and Planaforma.  Will update everyone as to what is more enjoyable. For me.

plana's QC studio will be conducting free beginner's classes on sunday, sept 30. this is a good time to try it out. the QC studio is officially opening on oct 1.

for first timers, did you sign up for the class online? or punta na lang deretso sa studio before the schedule?
