BP,Reductil,Ionamine, Duromine or Xenical? Which would you prefe?Why?

I tried Ionamine when I was in college... kaloka no appettite and no sleep. But I lost almost 15lbs and never gain it back. But I wont use it again, now that Im not that young anymore, 30+++. bka maloka ako lol

nung 19 ako, sa BP ako pumayat. from 56 kgs down to 47 in a month. super drastic talaga, siguro in 6 months bumalik ako sa 50kgs pero in fairness, di na tulad ng 56-kg me pre-BP. pero i wouldn't recommend this. super depressed ako noon. as in near-suicidal!

early 20s, naibaba ko pa to as low as 45 kgs ang weight ko with ionamine. tama yung ibang sisses natin, pag ganitong edad, three days lang on the capsule, 6 pounds na agad ang nawala...

late 20s, naphase out ang ionamine. discovered duromine, which has the same generic brand as ionamine. ito ang maintenance ko hanggang ngayon. syempre hindi ko naman iniinom 'to nang tuloy tuloy..pag feeling ko lang hindi ko na ma-manage ang weight ko at sumosobra na masyado ang timbang saka ako umiinom.

haha sis! kasi iba na anyo ko ngayon matabang aswang na! hahaha! may i try ako na diet pills ill tell you kung ok ba! 1.5k daw 30 tabs which is approved by doctor may throid problem din kasi ako so hindi ko pwede basta basta pwede take ng diet pills

Tried everything that was posted here, and should I decide to take again, I'd probably go with xenical just because I've been eating oily foods lately and it's probably not good for me.  At least the oil will come out eventually. Pangit din kasi Ng bp, may drugs yun.

got my ionamine from a friend na pharma sa isang botika sa province, i dunno pano siya nakaka bili non. pero nagtry ako mag ask sa mercury ng ionamine pero hinanapan ako ng prescription.

hindi sa pharmacy dito sa pinas galing yung duromine ng contact ko. bought by bulk sa kanya kaya nakuha ko ng medyo mura as compared to a pharmacy na dati kong kinukunan. nakakaloka---P100 per capsule! buti na lang nagkaroon ako ng ibang options.

what if i do control what I eat, no oily foods, no eat all you can thing, would xenical work for me? my condition kasi is more of stored fats e.  i diet but what i notice, i just do not gain weight, but i do not lose either.  so yung diet ko serves as control lang ng weight which i do not like kasi i need to lose and get thin.  im thinking of xenical, but would that work for stored fats?

Hi Sis Hotmom Haven't tried Duromine yet. I want to try it din Kasi maraming nagsabi na effective daw. I tried BP before kaya Lang parang di ko na kinaya yung hilo factor Nya, super strong yung last na na-try ko.

Duromine needs prescription. Sa Mercury, P94 each ang 30mg. This suppresses the appetite and intended for obese/overweight peeps use only.

My friend who took this before really reduced a significant amount of weight but she was honest enough to confide that mild depression hit her and mas naging moody siya.

sis lilstar, are you overweight/obese? check your BMI to verify. usually, internal med doctors handle obesity probs - just choose what specialization i.e gastroenterologist etc. most likely, the doctor will suggest you to take daily exercise and to watch your food intake. just open up regarding usage of drugs such as duromine. c5 drug kasi ata si duromine if i am not mistaken and hindi lahat ng IM docs may license to prescribe c5 drugs. controlled drug kasi yan.
