meron bang naka pg pa book.. parang wala naman o wala na 300 plus nalang nakikita ko

^ yes.... 2 days ago lang yung last byahe ko sa PAL delayed ng 1 hr.... then nung Dec. 15 sa PAL din ganon din, delayed din ng 1 hour

^ wow sabay tayo ng departure. pero nov1-4 lang ako. long weekend lang talaga, walang leave sa ofis eh.

sis HSBC din ang cc ko pero ambilis na process ng payment ko....marami nga ko nabasa sa facebook page ng airphil na nagkakaproblema pag magbabayad na....

Has any one here experienced flying to Macau via TIGER AIRWAYS?

We booked flights for 7person to Macau during their PROMO last July 2011 from Tiger Airways via Diosdado Macapagal International Airport for travel on March 29, 2012.

I was able to book again an additional person  for the same date and destination last December 14, 2011

As I open my e-mail today I received e-mails from Tiger Airways dated 30 December 2011 with this subject : Important Notification from SEAir and this is their letter:

You have booked a flight under the SEAIR-Tiger Airways Partner Airline Program. These flights are operated by SEAIR and distributed by Tiger Airways.

Further a recent network review, SEAIR has made a decision to suspend your chosen route.
Your flight booked under reservation XXXXX, has been cancelled.

We apologise for any disruption caused to your travel plans. A full refund for your flight(s) to the original  form of payment will be completed within 20 working days.  If you booked via a third party or travel agent, your refund may be processed through them.

What I did was I called their customer hotline, nakakainis lang kasi for the 3rd time na tumawag ako sa customer service nila ang rude ng mga nakakausap ko, there's this guy na ang bastos talaga kausap. I asked if they can just change our flight from Clark to Hongkong so sad kasi it is not possible daw kasi ibang destination daw yun...

What to do? What to do? Ubos na ang mga promos and we already booked our flight back to Manila from HK.
