Hello there.. would like to ask you sisses if catering services have delivery charge? well within metro manila naman ang venue ko. I was wondering why my caterer is asking for a delivery charge, kung kelan malapit na yung 1st birthday, which is on Saturday na, bigla nag sabi na may charge daw. Sa dami ng beses na nagpa-catering ako ngayon ko lang na-experience na may del charge. Please enlighten me sisses

Never pa rin ako nskaexperience ng delivery charge sa catering, sis. Service charge pa. Delivery charge meron sa mga cake, balloons, etc suppliers.

as far as i know walang delivery charge if within metro manila ang service not unless from north to south ang byahe or vice versa that they need to pay toll gate. like for example if you're from qc and your caterer is from paranaque and the like. but then again that depends din on how many pax ang reservation mo

^nakaka-disappoint lang sa caterer na yun kasi sana prior sa booking na-discuss nila mga ganung charges, kasama kasi yun sa consideration naten sa pagpili ng supplier lalo't may alloted tayo budget. Bukod kasi sa delivery charge, bigla din naningil ng charge for the chair cloth, table cloth lang din daw kasi yung kasama sa amenities. Wherein malinaw naman sa contract ko na nakasama na yun. Medyo matunog pa naman yung caterer na yun at nung nag food taste okay naman, kaya ang laki ng expectation ko na maayos sila kausap. Hay.

Sis, if it's stipulated in the contract na kasama yung cloth ng chairs, don't pay for it. Kung pwede mo iinsist na wala na "deliveryl charge" since wala naman sa contract yun, do so...

Planning for my son's 1st birthday in August. Kinoconsider ko yung Verleo, Ma del's and Bistro109. Dati set na na ako sa Ma del kasi sa kabilang thread madaming good reviews sa kanila. Kaso ang bagal nila magreply eh overseas ako tapos OTD coordinator lang kinuha ko so naghahanap ako ng iba na mas mabilis magrespond sa emails.

sis cookiemons i agree with sis funky. if kasama naman sa inclusions ng package nila yung chair cover don't pay extra. talaga naman part ng linen  na pinoprovide ng caterer ang chair cover. If ever yung  ribbon motif lang minsan  ang mayextra charge depende sa package and contract nyo. Insist mo kung ano yung nasa contract sis. When ba ang party mo?

need advise mga sis, decided na talaga ako to get bistro 109 kasi okay yung quote sa kin ni anne and she responds promptly sa mga email ko kanya. kaya lang she just told me na she/management will be out of town in may until the day of my event so everything (the major details) has to be finalized before may para she can turnover to the headwaiter who will be assigned to my event. okay lang kaya yun? anyways she told me introduce nya daw ako sa headwaiter who'll handle my event on the food tasting.

Kung kampante ka na sa kanila okay lang siguro yun as long as open ang lines nila for your calls at ALL times before, on and after the event.

if you get to meet the head waiter and kampante ka na sa kanila, that's okay lang sis. importante is alam ng head waiter yung details na gusto mo since sya naman talaga ang mag-aasikaso ng event mo.
