Hi, for our PDC's it says "Pay to the Order of: Property Company of Friends, INC." (Planters Bank). In our case the cheque was blank and Profriends printed the needed info and we just have to sign.

Hi sis question lang kasi kami nagbayad ng cash ng first 2 months.  Due date namin is every 5th of the month and sa main office kami nagbayad dun malapit sa shaw blvd., mandaluyong ngayon ko lang napansin na ang OR ay dated the following day which is 6.  Advance ba sila ng isang araw magkaproblema ba kami dito?

Hi sis! Baka dahil may cutoff dn sila at yung records nila ay i-uupdate pa ng next day. Pero based naman sa experience namin, nung nadelay kami sa pag pondo ng PDC ng downpayment, for about 1 month na delay nasa Php60 lang din naman penalty sa amin.

yun ang unang nauubos pero try mo rin sis.  kami kasi medyo nahirapan maghanap kasi magkakatapat kaming 3 magkakapatid.  Una ang nakuha namin hindi corner lot tapos 2 weeks after tinawagan ako ng agent namin na pinsan ni hubby kasi kinukulit namin na maghanap ng corner lot. 

Kung kilala mo yung agent pahanap ka mabuti.  Minsan may nag open naman na unit siguro nag backout yung iba or nagpapalipat ng ibang unit.

kamusta na mga future neighbors sa lancaster? hinde daw binaha sa lancaster the past few rainy days and kahit malakas ang ulan and mukhang effective ang mga creeks na ginawa nila, i've personally seen them, malaki and maluwag mga creeks nila. naka 6 mos nako of paying equity, i'm anxious na to know if ma approve ako ng metrobank sa no income requirement nila

amenities update sa lancaster is yung area ng MS7 will be the new amenities / clubhouse area, so yung mga nagpa reserve sa MS7 will transfer na daw to MS8.

so now, aside sa current clubhouse area, mag add na sila which is about time because andami na phases ng lancaster estates

sana magkaroon din ng malapit naman sa kensington villages.  on 3rd payment na namin last July 5 more to go.

hi, im not sure if exclusive sa mga taga machester phases yung new amenities area, or open to all, if ever naman na exclusive sa manchester, atleast mababawasan din gagamit sa main

bad experience with them - hindi pulido paggawa ng house. kaya we are going to sell our house and buy a new one na lang, sobra sakit sa ulo, sa simula pa lang, hmp! yung cr hindi pa nagagamit may tulo na, tulo-tulo sa house, sabi ng simpleng karpentero, hindi daw nilagyan ng sahara, etc, etc. hayz, kalurkey!
