Hi sisses. I'm not sure kung may existing profriends na thread. I badly need your feedback. We're planning to get Oakwood B sa Carmona Estates. Pero daming kong nabasang negative feedback and medyo nalilito na ko... sa lahat ba ng subdivision ng profriends palpak sila? Please post your feedbacks here. Thanks!

bad experience with them is when it comes sa mga babayaran ng sandamakmak na interest at kung ano-ano pang charges. once you get a property from them, naka-inhouse yung payment. may advise if your going to transfer it, make sure sa pag-ibig kasi kung bank financing lang, eh parang sinasadya nila na idelay yung mga docs needed para matransfer mo ang financing mo.

apart from that yung transfer ng title nila is super tagal! kahit iprisinta mo na ikaw na lang mag-aayos eh di nila ibibigay kasi nga obligado kang bayaran ang payment sa property mo for 5 months while they are processing the transfer of title. dapat nung january na-release na nila yung transfer ng title, up to now wala pa rin kaya yung bank na pinag-transferan namin ng financing eh naghihintay ng titulo na who knows when nila ilalabas. tsk! super hassle makipag-transact sa kanila, no considerations. may iba dinadaan sa takutan pero samin, wala epek. ipag-gigiitan nila ang "policy" nila na purely for the company's benefit. mukhang pera!

wah thanks sis! pangit pala ng management nila... hindi na kame tumuloy kahapon after reading the feedbacks. sakto kase tumawag yung family friend namin na head broker ng isang subdivision sa sta. rosa. nangamusta lang then nabanggit na namin na papunta na kame ng shaw para mag pareserve. She told us na magisip muna kase marami syang clients galing profriends na lumilipat sa kanila kase hindi maganda yung management and low cost yung materials. Ayun, sa sta. rosa na kame nag pareserve mas mahal lang ng konti dun sa profriends pero sure kame na maganda yung materials and construction saka hindi kame lolokohin Thanks sis sa feedback!

sorry sis, pero wala akong na rereceive from PFI through LBC, so far ang na receive ko lang is their letter na inaacknowledge yung reservation fee namen and that is through snail mail lang

Homeowner here Ridge Crest in Molino. let's just say I was so happy when my loan was approved and I didn't have to interact again with Profriends. Given a chance to turn back time, I would get a place with another developer.

I reserved a Margaret unit in Lancaster Estates, mine is in Somerset Phase 7.
My sister reserved a Diana Townhouse in Kensington Phase 6. This coming April will be our 3rd month of downpayment.

as of now, matagal tagal pa bago masimulan ang contruction sa phase were our units at. But it's ok, on the 18th month pa naman mag start yung construction if ever walang delays

Kami ng sister ko kumuha ng Diana in kensington Phase 9.  Mostly sold out na last week.

nag open corner lot nung sunday at monday buti nakakuha kami yun nga lang may transfer fee pa ng 3k.  Kumuha na din brother ko ayan mukhang dumadami na kapitbahay ko <3

I'm also a homeowner sa Ridgecrest Molino. Based from personal experience, hindi natutupad ang turnover date nila, ang sabi sa amin before the house will be completed by November 2011. Ayun so far, mga 75% complete pa lang sila. Finishing na lang kulang ang latest na pangako nila sa amin is May 2012 na daw matatapos. Sana nga totoo na kasi I am going back to PH in July to give birth maloloka ako pag wala akong matirhan.

so sad may mga delays sila, nag cocountdown pa naman ako of the move in

mabilis lang yung seminar, atleast 1 hour, yan din ang time to ask your questions, and to read the contract and then isabay mo narin mga ibang requirements and PDCs, para isang lakaran kana lang

kung ano yung nasa papel na bibigay nila un din naman sasabihin ng representative nila girl less than an hour lang.  Lalo na kung marami ka na idea kasi ako pex reader
