Kim, i havent tried fig but i like the shade of rhubarb. Hindi siya red eh, more of a dark pinkish red. Or reddish pink. Hehe. I will try na nga fig soon. Di kompa kasi binuksan.

Both watermelon and rhubarb are nice shades.

Happy weekend ladies!

May dadalhin na helper yung cousin ng mama ko today from cavite. 3k daw, masipag etc. I hope ok nga sya kase my mom is going to the province this June for the town fiesta eh maiiwan dito sa house si Zoe with her yaya plus the helper pag nasa office kame.

Last night we had dinner with my cousin and her husband at Aubergine. Nagpaka-brave ako and nag-try ng Foie Gras ulit, it was good. Naka-recover ako from my traumatizing first taste of FG years back.

Van, I like foie gras. I love Chef Jessie's/Le Souffle's salad with foie gras.

How's Aubergine? Worth it ba?

Lisa - mag Paseo Uno weekend buffet kayo ni M, kasama foie gras sa buffet. kaya lang kwento ko nga sa inyo before hindi ka rin makarami kasi super nakakamatay talaga sa pagka rich haha

Lisa and Marose - We had an 8-course dinner last Friday and the Foie Gras was actually one of the best dishes I had that night. It was very light, melt in your mouth, and super tasty.

Maussie - I'm not very experimental with food kase, napaka-choosy ko pa sa food. First time I tried Foie Gras was at Duo and I hated it, may kakaibang smell pa sya non. My husband said hinde lang daw maganda ang pagka-cook but otherwise it wouldve been ok sana. I was also pregnant that time so baka iba nga lang talaga. The FG at Aubergine was really good though!

^Congrats Jai! Glad the party was a success. I'm sure hinde mo na din na-realize na hinde ka pala nakakain during the party kase enjoy naman talaga. Nung binyag ni Zoe hinde din ako nakakain. Nagpa-drive thru tuloy ako sa Burger King non on our way home.

Van - the best foie gras i have ever tasted is the one at Antonio's. Ma-try nga dyan sa Aubergine.

We ate at Hyatt's Lili today. Sulit naman sya kahit 35% off lang. Busog na busog kami. We ordered ala carte for the yaya. Mura lang dishes nila ha. Not typical hotel prices.

Rata, i agree with the foie gras at antonios! Ok din yung sa myrons. I have yet to try the foie gras at paseo uno. Pag weekend lang ba may foie gras? I've been there once pa lang on a weeknight and wala. Sa spiral meron din but i didnt like it. Parang tutong eh.

Van, i've had foie gras and steak at duo and ok naman? Maybe nga mali lang pagkaluto nung natry mo.
