^sis, sa south/southwest area lang kasi ako nag-tour (because i only stayed at Kuta), so that's what i can answer accurately. ang magkakasama for Kuta ay:

depart hotel at around 8:30am (di ko alam kung saang hotel kayo eh, so adjust niyo na lang yung time, basta kami coming from Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel to Tanah Lot, around 1-1.5hrs yata)
1. Tanah Lot (travel from hotel 8:30-9:30, stay 9:30-11:00)
2. Nusa Dua (travel 11:00-12:30, stay 12:30-3:30)
3. Ulu Watu (travel to Ulu Watu 3:30-4:30, stay at Ulu Watu 4:30-6:30 -- the Kecak dance is at 6pm)
4. dinner at Jimbaran (travel to Jimbaran 6:30-7:00, dinner 7:00-9:00)

- contact the driver na and confirm the feasibility of your itinerary, as well as ask about some uncertain stuff like yung comment ko sa Nusa Dua below and yung travel times
- sis, anong balak ninyo sa Nusa Dua? di kami dumaan dun during our tour dahil ang alam ko yung beach area dun ay puro exclusive hotels ang meron. so if after confirmation w/ the Balinese driver at kung hindi kayo pwede maki-beach sa Nusa Dua, pwede naman kayo sa Padang Padang beach (yung pinag-shooting-an ng Eat, Pray, Love), pero this is a small rustic beach ha. mahilig lang kasi ako sa ganito. pero kung di niyo trip yung ganito, marami pa namang ibang public beach dun lalo na sa route from Tanah Lot to Ulu Watu (Legian, Seminyak, Padang Padang). ask the driver for recommendations.
- i have no idea about the four other temples you mentioned (Taman Ayun, Ulun Danu Bratan, Besakih, Kehen). sis, mag-research ka ng maps like this

- Taman Ayun Temple -- mukhang kaya na 2hrs roundtrip, west of Ubud so pwedeng sa day 2 mo ito ilagay
- Ulun Danu Temple -- sobrang layo kahit from Ubud, but if you really want to go here, mukhang 4.5hrs roundtrip, north of Ubud
- Besakih Temple - medyo malayo rin, sa may Mount Agung slopes kasi ito. mukhang 4hrs roundtrip, east of Ubud
- Kehen Temple - mukhang kaya na 2hrs roundtrip east of Ubud...
so to summarize, for day 2, you only have these two options:
1. whole-day travel west and go to Kehen Temple and Besakih
2. whole-day travel north to Ulun Danu, then travel back to west of Ubud to Taman Ayun
