wala sis. so far, slight dehydration (tolerable), no insomia, no cravings/no appetite at all. i have tried other pills like zhen de zu and slimina but this works for me. ive been taking it for 9 days. its 2 pills in a day but i only take 1. Ill be checking on my weight tom for results. i am not advertising this product, just sharing you guys my journey in going back to my pre pregnancy weight which is 110lbs
