have you guys tried drinking vitamin E for the skin?  I am not sure but I think my skin glows a little naman when I take it. Atsaka mas hindi dry yung skin ko when I drink vitamin E.  Does anyone experience the same feeling? ☺

I think usana products nga yan.. nakaubos na din ako ng 1 bottle of hepasil dati, hindi ko lang masyado napansin yung effect.. Pero baka kasi dapat tuloy tuloy, would love to try it kaso medyo pricey lang talaga siya.

Now i'm taking zinc from healthy options and i think it really helps to eliminate my acne. umaliwalas din ang face ko, bukod sa it lessen my pimples and comedones. Hindi rin siya pricey i think 500+ lang siya and it last for more than a month.

Anong zinc yan sis? Chelated, Picolonate or yung Zinc lang and ilang mg? Thanks!

Sis ilang mg ang gamit mo na zinc to eliminate acne? I use 30mg of picolinate zinc but it doesn't totally aliminate my acne. Actually before naman, medyo nawala na kaso siguro immune na ako so di na masyado effective for acne. Still effective for giving that glowing skin though
