sa mga nka take na ng purewhite w.. kelan nyo nkita mga effects? ako 1 and half week pa lang ako sa purewhite.. wala pa naman akong nakikitang whitening effects pero sa pagclear ng pimples and acne marks.. ganda ng effect!

sis grace.kelly, what brand of zinc picolinate and where do you purchase your supply? i hear a lot of people rave about this even those with diabetes cause it really helps with fast wound healing and overall health of the skin.

I buy sa Healthy Options ng Zinc Picolinate 22mg 100 tablets (Solgar ang brand) for 513 pesos, they also have higher mg. HO also have their own Zinc pero di ko pa na-try. You can also try other types of Zinc di ko lang sure kung as effective as picolinate, ang alam ko kasi picolinate is the best form of zinc na kaya i-absorb ng body natin. But Gluconate is good din ata.

This online shop has picolinate http://shopwiserphilippines.com/product/zinc-picolinate-thompson I just choose to stay with solgar zinc kasi effective naman so ayoko na magpalit. Meron din sa sulit ng zinc but not picolinate. Solgar is pricey lang talaga.

Yes, it is good for Diabetes (at least for me). I have Diabetes 2 although di pa ako ulit nakakapagpacheck up since starting zinc, napansin ko nababawasan yung tingling/numbness sa legs ko, which is the very symptom na lagi ko talaga naeexperience. But don't just rely on it if diabetes talaga ang reason to buy.

I also take zinc for my acne. The dose depends on the severity of acne. Saka hindi naman siya agad-agad. Ako weeks before umeffect, but due to hormonal imbalance bumalik din acne ko. Nakakatulong pa rin ang zinc pero it can't clear me totally na. You will see positive reviews here http://www.acne.org/zinc-reviews/200/page1.html But take note, some people say na if they stop taking it bumabalik acne so ginagawa ng iba after ma-clear, nagtetake pa rin sila pero minsan na lang or lower dose just for maintenance. Oily ang face ko so when I take zinc, di na masyadong oily and yung skin ko naman sa legs very dry, and when I take zinc, healthy looking na skin ko.

This is OT but pure sea salt is good for pimples. Tried and tested ko na, so if you don't want to take supplements, try sea salt. Clear talaga. i already bought zinc picolinate kanina sa HO, Solgar Brand 100tablets 22mg for 500+php. i took it after dinner and plan ko is after breakfast and after dinner for a month then lower to once na lang everyday. plan ko din to buy iron supplements kasi may nabasa ako na zinc inhibits absorption of iron. hope zinc picolinate will give good results.

Goodluck sis, sana effective sayo. Ako naman I don't take Iron na, okay namn kasi ako pero minsan I take vitamins na meron na iron.

Maganda rin isabay ang zinc sa gluta kung nagpapauti kayo  I find gluta more effective with zinc than with vit c.

I'm taking Purewhite W sis. You'll notice the glowing effect in 2 weeks. I didn't notice it since gradual lang ang effect. But other people started asking me if I was taking anything because glowing daw ako. For 2,300 mukhang worth it naman ang price.

RADIANCE C from MSE. almost 3 months na akong umiinom nito ang napansin ko hindi na ako nagpipimples pag darating yung period ko, napansin ko rin mahinmbing yung tulog ko and nagregular yung bowel movement ko... plus napansin ng mga kaofficemate ko na glowing daw yung skin ko lagi nila ako sinasabihan na blooming daw ako. kaya nagstick na ako dito

^sis yellowminion safe naman zinc picolinate kasi supplement naman sya, wag ka lang mag-overdose lahat naman ng overdose masama. pansin ko lang dito lagi ako nagugutom since nag-take ako. although sakin ok lang yun and i welcome that side effect actually cos i'm skinny.

Started taking Avon Life Glow GSE again today plus their Natur E caps.

20 days of taking evening primrose oil did nothing for my skin, or baka too minimal lang na I did not notice na. 20 caps lang kasi nabigay sakin ng pinsan ko nun to try out.
