^ you can backread to know more about that, makikita mo rin sa profile mo kung san ka nagkaron ng violation so it wont be a surprise afterall, since may PM din naman na narereceive to alert you na you violated something.

how to view the table ng violations you committed, pa-backread nalang, i mentioned that sa previous page ata.

Its just a lesson for us to be mindful of the things we post here. Wag nalang masyadong dibdibin once we get warned, moderated or watched. pwede naman umapela if ever yung violation na sinasabi sayo ay hindi tama eh.

ang moderator ba ngayon dito sa GT eh 24/7 ang duty? kase sa dami ng moderated na hindi makapagpost unless approved nila eh PANIS na ang reply, DI PA DIN NA APPROVE.

mga 3 weeks din akong moderated. di na muna ko gaanong nagpopost kasi it takes 1,000 decades bago ma-approve ang post.  ngayon, at least, watched na lang ako.

^hindi pa rin 24/7 ang moderator dito sa GT.  depende sa thread.  if you back read din, may mga umapela, mga 10 decades lang inabot bago sumagot

Medyo di ko gets, why do we have to require the moderators to stand on their posts at specific "duty hours"?

They moderate this forum for free, parang mali naman ata magdemand tayo na mag-ocho oras sila magbantay each para lang bumilis ang pagpopost ng mga replies ng mga Moderated. Ive been there and sobrang tagal ko pang moderated, pero mahirap magreklamo, why? -- moderated ka eh, may kasalanan ka, and thats the price we have to pay for not following the rules of this board. Naisip ko rin, instead of ranting, bakit hindi nalang maging mas maingat sa pagpopost ng replies dito? In the first place wala naman din magagawa yung mga reklamo natin especially if unreasonable.

Sa mga may issues, write to the Admin, mag PM kayo if there are penalties na naimpose ng hindi tama, we can check naman which post warranted our warning, click on the percent value nung warning, it will redirect you to a tabulated record of the violations and the corresponding warning percentage.

Moderators do not get paid for what they do for this forum, thats prolly one of the reasons why mahirap din humanap ng bagong moderators kasi sino ba naman gugustuhing magmoderate ng board for free tapos puputukan ka lang ng galit ng mga members na frustrated na, diba?

^ in all fairness to the moderators, they are doing naman what they need to do. ang problema lang talaga dito kulang sa manpower. If you have a fulltime job that you get paid for plus you are looking after a forum without getting paid for doing so, saan ang gagawin mong priority? malamang the fulltime job. Bayad ka doon eh. Goodwill mo nalang talaga once you accept the task of moderating a forum like FN.

In my honest opinion, just being fair to the moderators after speaking with one of the editors, kulang na kulang sila to review everything thats going on in this forum. Ano ba ang basis ng "pag-keep up with their roles" in the first place? Do they need to look after this forum 24/7 just to ensure that posts are published rightaway? Kung ganyan din pala ang question, edi as members we also have to know our roles and our responsibilities para hindi tayo ang na-aatraso just because of violations na tayo din naman ang gumagawa, right? So why would we go complaining about delays sa pagpublish ng messages e in the first place members din naman may kasalanan why they earned their warning levels?

If some of us here believe na wala naman talaga silang na-violate na kung anong rule, then by all means, mag-complain, pero para mag-rant about the "bagal" ng pagaapprove ng posts, I honestly think its not fair for us to raise that issue. Alam ko madaming maaasar sakin for posting this, but wala akong magagawa, thats just my opinion and I hope some of us realize na ganyan naman ang sistema dito.

the suggestion sounds a bit vague to me, para kasi sakin, post lang ng post, since all of us here encourage backreading naman diba. People would still notice sensible and meaningful posts naman kahit matambakan pa yan ng ibang replies so okay lang. Another thing, I dunno if ako lang nakakapansin nito, pero andaming threads na super bagal na rin tumakbo, iilan nalang yung talagang active na active ngayon unlike dati na talagang mawala ka lang ng isang araw, ang haba na ng ibabackread mo.

I can only imagine how hard it is for FN to scout for moderators at this time, parang ang hirap kasi kumuha ng forum members who are willing. Why? Ang hirap kasi ma-gauge if the member can be objective and unbiased sa pagmomoderate at paghahandle ng RTMs. Mas okay kung someone off-FN/GT talaga.

To answer your RTM Betty: Yes, moderators are not paid a single centavo for moderating GT.

And yes, we have to deal with several members who are arrogant, feel that they are high and mighty, demanding that their posts be given every ounce of attention every minute of the day. That is the same reason why there are numerous people whom we have approached to moderate GT, have turned us down.

So please, the next time some of you decide to rant about being moderated, you might want to recheck the guidelines and learn to self-regulate your own posts.
