Pasali din ako mga sis.

Ako naman I voluntarily re-joined PAG-IBIG when I moved to Singapore and I'm paying every 3 months.

At least  mas magaan bayaran monthly. I'm thinking of getting a 5 or 7 year loan mga P1.4M siguro sana ma approve.

When we bought the condo investment purposes naman sya, hopefully the rent will cover the PAG-IBIG loan monthly payments.  :)

@piatos

http://10pagibigarticles.blogspot.com/

Just in case kasya ng salary mo yung uutangin mo pero yung contribution mo is kulang.

Eh sabi nung developer namin, after daw namin magbayad ng d/p magbabayad kami ng Pag-ibig pendency ba yun until ma-release yung loan? so monthly kami nagbabayad. Ask ko lang, lahat ba ng binayad namin sa developer mababalik sa amin once the check is released?

Thanks!

TIA!

^^sis they will appraise the property and usually 70% to 80% of the house worth ang pwede nilang sagutin sa property mo ganyan din sa bank. I-e-equity mo yung kakulangan.
