Celebrated my debut 4 years ago at Patio Ibarra QC.
As I remember yung venue+food+set up for 150pax nasa around 150k. Alam ko may much cheaper pa jan depende kasi sa food yung pricing nila. Yung food sobrang dami. Usually kasi diba 1 kind lang per entree sa buffet, yung sa 150k 3 pastas, 3 main course, 2 soups, 4 kinds of deserts, 2 side dishes. Then may 50 pcs souvenirs na free kaya nag add pa kami ng 100 more.
Yung photographer ko naman is 30k, 2 photographers, 1 videographer. Predebut photoshoot, 1 free tarp, official debut photos and pre-debut photos stored 2 CDs, 1 copy ng video ng whole program, tas yung nakalayout at hardbound na official photos, and naka hardbound din na pics ko during pre-debut (yung sinusulatan ng guest, forgot anong tawag dito), 1 framed portrait.
Make-up artist ko is 10k (Ako, mom, sister, and grandma) Magaling mag make-up. Plus high end yung mga make-ups niya.
Event organizer ko ay 8k. I actually don't like her sobrang palpak ang trabaho. Kaya namin siya kinuha para relax lang kami kaso ngyare parang kami rin nagayos ng lahat. Parang we paid 8k for the program and her being my emcee lang. yay! Siya pinili namin kasi accredited organizer siya nung venue.
DI- 2.5k since kakilala siya ng friend ko. 10 sessions yung practice namin for my cotillion. Sobrang nice niya kahit na nag gulo gulo namin. haha!
Gowns- 8 gowns for my cotillion is 7k, I don't know hm yung sa mom, sister, and sa lola ko e. Then yung 3 gowns ko Libre lang! Gift sakin nung designer kasi ninang ko.
Invitation- Cant remember na eh.
Yan lang na aalala kong expenses. Pero during the nung event ko sumombra kasi guest kaya nag add pa. Pero hindi ko na matandaan.
Agaw oras preparation. I want a simple dinner lang sana kaso my mom insisted to have a 18th bday traditional party.
