Anyway, jogging, gym, yoga, any form of exercise HELPS A LOT.

I also read books after break ups kaso counter-productive eh. Lalo ko naiisip yung guy kahit wala kinalaman binabasa ko. Kahit Watchmen Comics pa. Lol

before when i felt sad about tgis dumb guy, the church became my refuge..college pako nun..okay ako kapag kasama classmates but kapag nagiisa na dun ko nararamdaman lungkot so kapag pauwi nako naging routine ko na dumaan sa simbahan at magstay dun ng matagal where i can cry and pray till i felt better

malls dont help parang ang daming bagay dun na pwede magpaalala sa kanya..lol o kaya super long walks sa kung saan saan na tipong pagod nako pagdating ko sa bahay at hindi ko na siya maiisip..

ako sa simbahan.. sa adoration chapel.. kahit buong araw ako tumambay sa simbahan ok lang sa akin.. wala akong pakialam kahit makita man ako ng mga tao umiiyak at nag-eemote.

madalas din ako tumingin sa langit habang nakapikit kapag nadedepress.. nagiging ok ako.

i tried mag bar, uminom with friends pero imbes na masolve ko yung problem ko.. lalo pa nadagdagan.. kaya i decided sa church na lang magpunta at simula non naging gawain ko na ang magpunta sa church kapag may problema ako.

Sa Church.. sa church lagi kong punta everytime I'm in pain..then sa place where we usually stay kapag may problema kami..

I run and go to parks. Sometimes train ride at ang destination nowhere bahala na san mapadpad. I want to go to church kaso and mga catholic churches dito sa place ko open lang sya pag sunday, so every sunday pag punta ako church di ako maka iyak ng bongga kasi nahihiya ako sa mga makakakita sakin.
