mga sis pwede pahelp?? kasi nagkaproblem ako sa luggage ko.. baka naman someone knows someone from cebu pacific.. i tried na customer service 2x, answered their complaint form 2x.. emailed them 10x and yet no response.. i hope someone can help me on this one. thank you so much

kung may nareceive kang email itinerary confirmation, then it means nag push thru ang transaction mo. pero minsan kasi delayed ang pagsend ng email so ang pwede mo gawin, go to Manage Booking section tapos fill up mo yun Option 3 para ma search sa system kung may booking number ka na.

but wait, yun bang sa cc mo, nagsign up ka sa Verified by Visa or Secured by Mastercard? kasi after ma input ang cc info, dapat pupunta pa sa page na yun for validation tapos saka pa lang magpprocess ang payment. anyway, try mo rin muna yun sa Manage Booking na nisuggest ko. pag wala nasearch sa system, then that means hindi nag push through yun transaction mo.

Hi sis nag try ako dun sa manage your booking, since hindi ko nakuha ang confirmation code, i just typed in yung email address ko, then lumabas dun that i have 2 duplicates transaction, nag pabook din kasi ako kahapon, i wonder kung yun yung isang narerecognize na transaction, hindi ako nag sign up sa verified by visa or secured by mastercard,thanks mga sis nag email nako sa CC company wala pa respond

^^call ka na lang nga sis mas mabilis pa. try mo din tawag sa hotline ng cebpac. kung duplicate transaction ibig sabihin pumasok parehong booking mo kahapon at ngayon. (unless maraming beses ka nagbook kahapon at yun lang narecognize nya.

naalala ko noon nun di pa ko nagsign up sa verifiied by visa / secured by mastercard, after ma enter cc details nag blank din yun page. piso fare noon. kala ko di na tumuloy. kinabukasan, may email itinerary akong nareceive. nag push through pala yun transaction ko.


btw sa cc, may limit yun paggamit nyan sa online transactions. pag nareach mo na yun limit, di ka na makakapurchase online unless mag sign up ka sa verified by visa / secured by mastercard.

@jhandee Sis try to check the dates na pinili mo sa manage booking. Baka un 2011 naselect mo, pag mali kasi date un error na duplicate booking ang lumalabas:)

ask lang ako mga sis, nagpa book ako ngayon gamit ang isang hsbc card pero nag declined kaya ang ginamit ko ay citibank..tapos nung mag click na ko sa submit ay parang di na sya nagtuloy tuloy tapos nung ni refresh ko ay nawala na at bumalik ako sa home page..nung tiningnan ko sa manage booking ay naka ON HOLD pa ang status..ibig bang sabihin nyan mga sis na wait na lang akong mag confirmed na talaga sya? or na push through din kaya yon? kelangan ko pa bang magpa book uli? di kaya mag double? thanks in advance sa makasagot
